A Plainfield, Illinois man faces felony animal cruelty charges after prosecutors say he choked his partner's cat hard enough for her eye to leave the socket. Judge Brian Barrett released him on home confinement anyway.
⠀
Axel Molina-Hernandez, 29, of the 13900 block of South Marybrook Drive, is charged with two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and two misdemeanor cruelty counts. The October 15 attack on the cat named Cricket left her unconscious, with her heart pushed off the sternum and fluid in her lungs, according to prosecutors.
⠀
Prosecutors say the same man struck Cricket repeatedly and threw her into a wall in December 2025. That earlier episode broke a rib, triggered a seizure, and left the cat unconscious. He completed anger management classes aimed at his anger toward the cat before his partner allowed him back.
⠀
After the October 18 court appearance, Judge Barrett ordered electronic monitoring and barred Molina-Hernandez from approaching within 3,000 feet of the Plainfield residence. He is staying in Joliet with no animals permitted.
⠀
The partner and a dog shared the Plainfield home with Cricket. Records from the Animal Medical Center of Plainfield documented the injuries from both attacks.
⠀
Prosecutors pursued the felony charges even after the prior intervention program. Cases involving repeated violence toward animals frequently escalate despite counseling.

TRUTH BOMB: Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s family has deep ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and that Sharia law cannot coexist with liberal democracy.
⠀
Speaking on Fox News’ The Will Cain Show, Kennedy stated: “If you want Sharia Law, it's COMPLETELY incompatible with liberalism. Turning women into property, genocide against minorities, no freedom of speech or worship!”
⠀
He continued: “His family is deeply involved with the Muslim Brotherhood. His sister has been declared put on the terror watch list by Obama, her attorney in that case, was a Muslim Brotherhood attorney. And his mother is involved in the Muslim Brotherhood, his whole family is involved in it!”
⠀
El-Sayed, the Democratic nominee in the open Michigan Senate race, has repeatedly denied personal or family connections to the group. On Meet the Press he answered “No” when asked if he or his family had any such ties.
⠀
Reporting has highlighted posts from his half-sister, University of Chicago professor Eman Abdelhadi. In 2012 she wrote “My family has long been MB” and described a conversation with their mother about activism in the Muslim Brotherhood during the early 1970s in Egypt. In 2013 she noted family members jailed for membership.
⠀
Their mother, Fatten Elkomy, previously worked for the Islamic American Relief Agency, which the Treasury Department later designated for supporting al-Qaeda and Hamas. El-Sayed has called the social media statements hearsay and said he was not raised by his mother.
⠀
The Egyptian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood has been designated a terrorist organization by the United States and several other governments. The race remains competitive ahead of the November election.

Black squatter Donald Thomas charged with first-degree m*rder of white contractor Michael Dodge II .... who was sent to kick him out of the Virginia house.
⠀
Stafford County deputies found the 35-year-old Dodge unresponsive in the driveway on Mountain View Road after a coworker heard multiple sh*ts during a live phone call. Thomas, 64, was inside the home at the time and was taken into custody after a brief standoff without further incident.
⠀
Dodge had been sent by his mortgage company to resecure the property and change the locks on what was treated as a vacant foreclosure so Thomas would have to leave. Thomas was staying there when the confrontation happened. His father later said Dodge reported an aggressive man with a g*n on him before the call went silent.
⠀
Thomas faces first-degree m*rder and unlawfully sho*ting or wounding in the commission of a felony. He remains held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail. Dodge’s mother told reporters, “You k*lled my son for nothing.”
⠀
This is the kind of interracial case that keeps getting filed under local news and then quietly disappears. The public record is still right there if anyone bothers to look.

More Democrat fraud protecting illegal aliens!! Massachusetts woman charged in decade-long sham marriage ring that netted over $6 million for illegal green cards.
⠀
Jennifer Gonzalez, a 43-year-old U.S. citizen from Fall River, is accused of arranging 18 to 20 fake marriages a year for more than a decade. She charged illegal immigrants between $38,000 and $40,000 each so they could obtain green cards.
⠀
Prosecutors say the operation brought in more than $6 million. Gonzalez allegedly told a cooperating witness, "Every time I have a spare dollar I just invest in new property in my country. Like, I have a lot of land in my country," referring to the Dominican Republic.
⠀
She also collected roughly $124,500 in Massachusetts SNAP benefits from 2019 to 2026 by hiding her income from the scheme and lying about her household. Five of the six charged women were arrested Wednesday.
⠀
Gonzalez reportedly told the witness she stopped the operation in 2025 because immigration enforcement under President Trump had become "a little harsh." U.S. Attorney Leah Foley said, "The American dream is not for sale. It is earned."
⠀
People who follow the rules watch others sell the line for cash. That's the point of the charges.

🚨THEY'RE NOT EVEN TRYING TO HIDE IT: Texas high school student Ayaan Moledina is running for Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees Place 3... while stating in Urdu that the campaign is for the Desi and Muslim communities and that he remains Pakistani.
⠀
The first-generation Pakistani-American, a product of Round Rock ISD schools, is on the November 3, 2026 ballot alongside incumbent Amber Feller Landrum and two other candidates.
District records show roughly 47,000 students across about 60 campuses, with Asian enrollment near 22 percent.
⠀
In an Austin Muslims podcast interview, Moledina switched from English remarks about mental health and all students to Urdu.
He said: “I will be elected and will listen to everything the community wants. This is not for me. This is for the whole community. This is for the entire Desi community. This is for the entire Muslim community. This is for us. This is not about me. It’s about my values, about the ideas we all share, our values.”
⠀
He added: “I live in America and still I am Pakistani. This is my home but that is also my home and those are my people, that is my culture and I brought it from there to here, and I will never let it go.”
⠀
Moledina has described himself as progressive, endorsed by Run for Something, and focused on protecting DEI programs while keeping Christian nationalism out of classrooms.
He previously worked as federal policy director for Students Engaged in Advancing Texas and has advocated at the state and federal levels since age 10.
⠀
Voters in the district will decide whether a candidate who has framed the seat around one community’s priorities will help set policy for tens of thousands of students.

🚨Amish woman scares off illegal immigrant with a weed whacker during alleged kidnapping attempt in Lancaster County.
⠀
The 23-year-old was weed-whacking near her Creek Road driveway in Sadsbury Township around 4:30 p.m. on October 14 when Junior Jose Davila-Moran, 26, of Hamilton Township, New Jersey, tapped her shoulder. He held a serrated knife and handcuffs and demanded she put the cuffs on, telling her everything would be okay if she cooperated.
⠀
She revved the trimmer and stepped toward him while screaming. Davila-Moran fled behind a barn.
⠀
A neighbor's trail camera captured a dark Chevrolet pickup with New Jersey plates nearby. The vehicle was registered to his father. The woman identified him in a photo lineup after his picture matched her description.
⠀
New Jersey officers arrested him at his home the following Friday and found handcuffs in the vehicle. Pennsylvania State Police charged him with felony kidnapping counts along with false imprisonment, simple as$ault, possession of an instrument of crime, and terroristic threats.
⠀
DHS confirmed he is a Guatemalan national who entered illegally. Border Patrol arrested him in Donna, Texas, in January 2018 and transferred him to Office of Refugee Resettlement custody as a juvenile. ICE placed a detainer on October 19 and will take custody after extradition to Lancaster County.
⠀
Local prosecution continues regardless of the federal hold. A preliminary hearing remains unscheduled while the extradition process plays out.

Arizona man Matthew Bjornholt faces a terroristic threat charge after prosecutors say he called The Anarchist Cookbook his Bible in an alleged plot to bomb a house of worship then have an accomplice pick off survivors.
⠀
Maricopa County prosecutors charged the 27-year-old Chandler resident with making a terrorist threat. They allege he described detonating bombs at a Jewish or Muslim house of worship before an accomplice would start "picking off people."
⠀
He allegedly called "The Anarchist Cookbook" his "Bible." Investigators seized three firearms and the book from his home.
⠀
The FBI searched on September 29 and obtained his devices and passwords. Agents found nothing on terrorism or explosives and passed on charges.
⠀
The state proceeded weeks later based on the tip from the man Bjornholt had kicked off his couch.
⠀
A judge rejected the $500,000 bond request and set $100,000 with electronic monitoring, citing the hearsay nature of the evidence. Bjornholt's attorney noted the 2022 first-degree m*rder charge was dropped for lack of evidence after a plea on a drug charge that restored his rights.
⠀
Houses of worship face real risks when bomb manuals surface in these cases. Consider how courts weigh a single tip against what federal agents already cleared.

A Boston parent told the City Council that a Boston Public Schools staff member r*ped her child at school, the district covered it up, and when she asked why, they trespassed her and filed child-abuse reports against her.
⠀
Monica Murchison testified that her daughter was forcefully r*ped by a BPS staff member during school hours. She said protocol required police to be called, a 51A filed, and her to be contacted as the parent. None of that happened.
⠀
She had no knowledge of the incident and continued sending her daughter to school every day until the girl had a meltdown. “I was putting her into the arms of the abuser,” Murchison said.
⠀
When she demanded answers, BPS trespassed her from her daughter’s school and filed 51A child-abuse reports against her instead of the staff member. She pulled her daughter out of the district, left her catering job, and now home-schools her.
⠀
The hearing followed a three-year court fight that forced BPS to release records of more than 2,000 student-on-student s*xual misconduct complaints from 2018-19 through 2023-24. Councilors called for transparency after the district fought to keep the data hidden.
⠀
Another parent described repeated physical as$aults, bullying, and s*xual misconduct involving her 8-year-old daughter, including on the school bus for two years.
⠀
Think about what it means when a district fails to report a staff member’s r*pe of a student and then turns its reporting tools on the mother who asks questions.

ICE has launched a nationwide operation targeting illegal aliens who have been collecting SNAP benefits and has made its first arrests, including four Haitian nationals.
⠀
DHS confirmed the effort to Fox News. Rubstony Junior Theodore, whose prior arrests include larceny, obstruction of officers, and trespassing, was among those taken into custody. Wilbert Jean Baptiste, Louis Jean, and Jhensly Charles were also arrested.
⠀
ICE described the arrests as the opening salvo in a sustained, large-scale operation aimed at illegal aliens who fraudulently accessed SNAP benefits that American taxpayers fund exclusively for U.S. citizens in need.
Every one of these individuals entered the country unlawfully and then drew from a program designed to feed struggling American families, in some cases while carrying criminal records.
⠀
Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said illegal aliens who have no right to be here in the first place are the last people who should be using SNAP benefits and other forms of welfare.
He added that these programs are for Americans only and that even non-violent illegal alien crime can still have devastating consequences when they are defrauding the American taxpayer.
⠀
Mullin called the fraudsters already arrested and deported just a drop in the bucket and said the Trump Administration is committed to going after all these thieves and bringing them to justice.
⠀
Think about what it means when people who entered the country unlawfully draw from a program meant for struggling American families.

A 27-year-old illegal immigrant from Honduras was charged after he climbed onto his truck’s passenger door and repeatedly swung a hammer at two ICE officers during a traffic stop in New Jersey.
⠀
Reinieri De Jesus Licona Amador was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with as$aulting federal officers with a dangerous weapon after the Oct. 4 encounter in Gibbsboro.
⠀
ICE officers checked his truck’s license plate, confirmed he lacked lawful status, and pulled him over. He reached into a tool container for a hammer, ignored commands, and resisted attempts to remove him from the vehicle.
⠀
He then climbed out the passenger side, got onto the door, and swung the hammer at two officers in full uniform with badges displayed. One agent said their life flashed before their eyes. Another said the swings could have caused serious and potentially fatal injuries.
⠀
Officers used pepper spray, wrestled him to the ground, and arrested him without injury. He declined medical attention. A second unidentified Honduran national who was also in the country illegally and already had a final order of removal was a passenger.
⠀
Licona Amador appeared before a federal magistrate and faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted. Body-camera footage captured parts of the confrontation.
⠀
U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer said federal officers put themselves in harm’s way and that attacks with a hammer threaten both officer safety and the rule of law.

🚨Two black Gainesville teens face felony m*rder charges after an 81-year-old white Navy vet was hit by gunfire outside a Walmart!!!
⠀
James Edward McDaniel was leaving the store on a mobility scooter when bullets from a confrontation across the parking lot struck him, police said. He was not involved.
⠀
Two groups of black males had confronted each other inside the Gainesville Walmart on Oct. 14 before the fight moved outside. Kamari Nehemiah Tilmuth, 18, and Erron Lamar Dorsey, 17, allegedly fired at the other group.
⠀
The Hall County SWAT team arrested Tilmuth early Oct. 18 while executing a search warrant. He faces felony m*rder, four counts of aggravated as$ault, and possession of a firearm during a crime.
⠀
Dorsey faces the same charges and remained wanted. Both are from Gainesville. Police warn people not to approach him.
⠀
McDaniel, of Lula, was a Vietnam War Navy veteran and retired postal worker. He leaves his wife and four children. His son called him a good father known as Senior Chief.
⠀
Officers responded around 7 p.m. to the Shallowford Road store. Investigators have not publicly confirmed which person fired the bullet that struck the white elderly bystander.
⠀
Think about what it means when black teens open fire in a public lot and a white veteran on a scooter ends up hit.

PURE EVIL: A Fort Worth mother faces a capital m*rder charge and her boyfriend faces an abuse of a corpse charge after police say she left her newborn face down in a motel bathtub for 30 minutes.
⠀
Avia Lynette Cantrell, 23, told detectives she gave birth to a full-term baby girl around 7 a.m. on Oct. 14 at the Drummers Inn. The infant was moving after birth, she said, before she left her in the water.
⠀
Cantrell then placed the baby's body in a bag near the toilet. She and her boyfriend, Camron Kyjuan Baker, 26, kept it there for four days.
⠀
Baker told police they didn't call for help because they didn't want to "catch a case." On Oct. 18 he put the body in a luggage bag and left it in a dumpster.
⠀
A homeless woman searching the dumpster found the infant that night. The next day a relative asked for a welfare check, noting Cantrell's history of hidden pregnancies.
⠀
The couple lived at the motel with three other children. Cantrell is charged with capital m*rder of a person under 10. Baker is charged with abuse of a corpse.
⠀
Texas Safe Haven law lets parents surrender an unharmed baby under 60 days old at a hospital or fire station with no questions asked.
⠀
Think about what it means when a newborn ends up in a dumpster instead of a safe haven.

OUTRAGEOUS: The black judge overseeing the gang-r*pe case of slain white LSU student Madison Brooks in Louisiana is the mother of a convicted serial r*pist and has refused to recuse herself.
⠀
Judge Gail Horne Ray's son Nelson Taylor pleaded guilty in 1997 to multiple forcible r*pes of teenage girls, including classmates at Baton Rouge High. She served as his defense attorney at the time.
⠀
Prosecutors asked the Louisiana Supreme Court to remove her from the cases against Desmond Carter, Casen Carver, and Kaivon Washington. The court kept her on the bench after lower courts had ordered her off.
⠀
Carter faces a jury trial set for December 7. Carver's bench trial is scheduled for late November. Both men are charged with r*pe offenses tied to the January 2023 incident involving Brooks.
⠀
Ray recently found Carter's attorney in contempt for using Brooks' full name in a filing that tried to ban pink clothing in the courtroom. She imposed no penalty.
⠀
Taylor, now in his mid-40s, has sought to overturn those old convictions while also pleading guilty to a separate obscenity charge from 2024. All local judges recused themselves from his matters.
⠀
Think about what it means for the Brooks family when the judge deciding these charges has that family history and the state's highest court left her in place.

🚨Foreign-born Judge Nancy Brasel, recommended by far-left Senator Amy Klobuchar, has been handing out SWEETHEART GIFTS below the plea deals and guidelines in case after case for Feeding Our Future Muslim fraud defendants in Minnesota!!
⠀
She has handled all 31 sentences so far in the $250 million scheme that took money meant to feed kids. Bekam Merdassa's deal recommended 24-30 months after he claimed 1.5 million meals and pocketed over $343,000. She gave him probation.
⠀
Abdul Abubakar Ali admitted his site never served a single meal yet collected more than $3 million. Guidelines called for 30-37 months. Brasel handed him one year and one day.
⠀
Mulata Ali funneled over $2 million through his accounts and got paid about $95,000. His own plea recommended 24-30 months. She gave him a year of probation.
⠀
Sharmake Jama took $5.3 million through a Rochester restaurant. The range sat near 4-5 years. Brasel cut it to 16 months after he testified against the ringleader.
⠀
Aimee Bock went to trial, got convicted on every count, and received 500 months. The light sentences for the others keep landing far below what the deals already offered.
⠀
Let this sink in: The Muslim defendants who took the deals walked with probation or short terms while the non-Muslim ringleader who fought the charges got decades.

A black man named Mark Harden has been charged with aggravated as$ault and kidnapping in Tennessee after he poured gasoline on a white woman and lit her face on fire.
⠀
Court records say the 33-year-old pushed her onto a couch, grabbed a lighter, and set the flames. She put them out herself with kitchen water before escaping.
⠀
He threatened to k*ll her, then put her in a chokehold and dragged her back inside when she tried to run. She reached the University of Tennessee Medical Center with first- and second-degree burns.
⠀
Police later found Harden at the Smokies Motel in Kodak. He barricaded himself, forcing a three-hour SWAT standoff that ended when a K9 located him under clothes and a mattress.
⠀
Officers already held warrants for the domestic as$ault, especially aggravated kidnapping, and theft. The woman got away, barely, after the gasoline attack.
⠀
This is the pattern that keeps repeating when race is ignored in the reporting. A black suspect douses a white woman, lights her face, and forces SWAT to drag him out.
⠀
Think about what it means for victims in Sevierville when the facts stay buried until the charges land.

Indian-born visa holder from Canada issued a U.S. visa in December 2024 is charged with second-degree m*rder in Florida after intentionally striking 14-year-old Hunter Russey with his car.
⠀
Kavan Vishnubhai Patel, 32, owns the Corner Store on South Wickham Road in West Melbourne. An alarm about a possible break-in sent him out early on October 13.
⠀
He spotted the teen on an e-bike, followed him along Cocoanut Grove Avenue, and drove into him. Police say Patel later admitted he was angry and knew he should have called officers instead.
⠀
Russey lay in a ditch with multiple skull fractures for nearly an hour before anyone found him. His family later removed him from life support and chose to donate his organs.
⠀
Patel was first held on aggravated battery and leaving the scene. After Russey d*ed on October 17, authorities rearrested him on the m*rder charge and he remains without bond in Brevard County Jail.
⠀
This is another one of Biden's parting gifts to America. A recent visa did not stop a store owner from chasing a child, striking him on purpose, and driving away.
⠀
Think about what it means for Florida families when late-term visas meet intentional vehicle strikes that leave a 14-year-old beside the road for an hour.

Ian Cranston faces a retrial in Oregon after an appeals court overturned his manslaughter conviction for fatally shooting a black man who violently attacked him.
⠀
On September 19, 2021 outside a Bend nightclub, 22-year-old Barry Washington Jr. made advances on Cranston’s fiancée that she rejected.
Washington then struck the white man in the head twice. Cranston fired one shot from his concealed handgun and k*lled him.
⠀
A jury acquitted Cranston of m*rder but convicted him of mansl*ughter and related charges. The judge sentenced him to 10 years even though Oregon law imposes no duty to retreat before using justified force in self-defense.
⠀
Prosecutors asked why he did not walk away. The trial judge refused the defense request to instruct the jury that no such duty exists. The Oregon Court of Appeals ruled the omission was not harmless and reversed the conviction.
⠀
Cranston has posted $500,000 bail and is free. The original case drew racial protests in a city that is over 90 percent white because Washington was black. Media coverage and the district attorney framed the incident around race from the start.
⠀
Think about what it means in liberal Oregon when a white man who fires once after being punched twice has his self-defense claim undermined by withheld jury instructions and a system that treats race as the central fact.

OUTRAGEOUS!! A Guatemalan national with an ICE detainer received a 24-day sentence for the pedestrian d*ath of 76-year-old Virginia Tucker Lyon and was released after time served.
⠀
Selvin Adelso Vasquez-Perez, 20, struck Lyon in a marked crosswalk in downtown Smithfield, North Carolina on September 19 while driving a pickup without a license.
He turned left from Second Street onto Market Street near the Johnston County courthouse and hit her as she crossed.
⠀
Lyon, a retired newspaper reporter originally from Smithfield, suffered multiple blunt-force injuries and died while receiving medical treatment at WakeMed. Investigators found no alcohol, drugs or excessive speed involved.
⠀
Vasquez-Perez had previously been cited for driving without a license in 2025. A judge found him guilty of misdemeanor d*ath by vehicle after a bench trial and imposed an active 24-day sentence that matched the time he had already served pre-trial.
⠀
He remains subject to a federal immigration detainer. Lyon’s estate later filed a wrongful death lawsuit against him and his father, who owns the truck and is accused of allowing him to drive knowing he lacked a valid license.
⠀
Think about what it means when an unlicensed driver with a prior citation and an active detainer receives only time served after causing a pedestrian d*ath in a crosswalk.

THIS is Islam, the religion of "peace": A senior Iranian ayatollah ruled anyone who openly says they left Islam should be k*lled.
⠀
In the recorded lecture the cleric stated that private disbelief is one matter but publicly declaring apostasy and telling others will not be allowed. He said “we will k*ll you and we will k*ll you good” for undermining Islam, the religion and the Quran.
⠀
Classical Islamic jurisprudence, still applied in Iran, treats male apostasy as a capital offense once it is announced. Iranian courts have used related charges of insulting the Prophet to hand down d*ath sentences, including for social media posts.
⠀
Pew Research estimates the U.S. Muslim population rose from roughly 2.4 million in 2007 to about 5.5 million by 2026, while the number of mosques more than doubled. Higher birth rates, immigration and conversions continue to expand the community.
⠀
American imams have publicly said the goal is for the United States to become a Muslim country through dawah and that Islam should enter every house. Fundraising is underway for large Islamic schools, seminaries and community centers on former church properties.
⠀
Think about what it means when classical rulings that prescribe d*ath for open apostasy are taught in Iran while Muslim numbers and institutions grow steadily inside the United States.

ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION YET? San Diego imam Uthman ibn Farooq told a Birmingham audience that the future belongs to Muslims and every nightmare of a Muslim Europe will come true.
⠀
Farooq said America will be a Muslim country, Russia will be a Muslim country, and Islam will enter every house. He urged listeners never to apologize or compromise their faith and to remain unapologetic and uncompromising.
⠀
Born Uthman Khan Yusufzai in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 1977, he moved to San Diego around age eight. He has described a youth that included gang involvement before he pursued Islamic studies in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the UAE, earning traditional ijazat along with a bachelor’s in information technology and an executive MBA.
⠀
He serves as imam at Masjid Al-Ribat in San Diego and founded the One Message Foundation for street dawah and lectures. UK authorities later revoked his entry clearance citing risks to public safety and social cohesion after the Birmingham remarks.
⠀
Farooq has continued similar messaging in the United States, including calls for Islam to spread across America while raising funds for a large Islamic complex in Texas that includes a mosque, school and seminary.
⠀
Think about what it means when a San Diego imam with a large online following openly predicts Muslim-majority Europe, America and Russia while telling audiences never to water down their message.
