For 1000’s of young people, exam season is about to begin. We would like to wish all of the pupils at @BlundellsSchool who are sitting their GCSEs and A-Levels the best of luck, especially the 19 pupils in Year 13 who started their Blundell's journey with us in the Prep School!

We would like to congratulate Joseph, Pippa and Noah who have all been awarded music scholarships to Blundell's School. #rootsandwings #hardwork #musicaltalent 🎼🎻🎷

The skies may be a little grey but it has been wonderful to welcome all our pupils back for what is going to be a very busy and exciting few months. We would like to introduce you to our new Head Girl and Head Boy for the Summer Term, Sophia and Noah.#opportunity #rolemodels

It has been wonderful to welcome all our pupils back for the Spring term. We would like to introduce you to our new Head Girl, Morgan and Head Boy, Josh. We're sure that they will do both the school and their peers proud over the coming months. #rolemodels #opportunity

We were delighted to welcome so many of the children in Years 3 to 6 back for pre-season training yesterday. Safe to say they are very excited about playing lots of matches over the coming term! #happyschool #netball #hockey

It wasn't just the Pre-Prep that were taking to the stage last week. On Wednesday the children in Yr 3 and 4 shone as they took to the stage to perform their Christmas production 'A Fireside Nativity' to a packed hall of friends and family. #brilliantblundellians #christmasplay

It's definitely starting to feel a lot like Christmas at Blundell's Prep. An enormous number of mince pies have been consumed and last week Year 3 took great delight in helping Mr Southgate decorate the beautiful tree delivered by our Grounds Team. #tradition #christmas🎄

Next term, our Yr 6 pupils will start their Blundell's Adventure Leadership and Service Awards which will include the children taking on challenges and learning new skills. On Friday, they had the opportunity to put that into practice as they spent the day in Circus Workshops.

Yesterday, as our Kindness and Tolerance week drew to a close, we were thrilled to welcome Monitors from @BlundellsSchool to talk to the pupils about the importance of being kind to yourself as well as others. It was lovely to welcome back Lucie, Ben and Clem. #rolemodels

We were treated to not 1 but 2 Tea Time Concerts this week with Yrs 3-4 taking to the stage on Wednesday, followed by Yrs 5-6 on Thursday. These concerts offer pupils the opportunity to perform to friends and family in a relaxed setting. #musicaltalent #confidence #performance

Thank you to all of our pupils for throwing themselves into the spirit of 'Children in Need' yesterday by bringing in donations for wearing home clothes and for the cake sale. Some fabulous outfits were on display and lots of money was raised for Pudsey in the process.

Confucius once said that 'Music produces a kind of pleasure which human nature cannot do without'. It was certainly the case that the audience at our first Tea Time Concert of the year very much enjoyed hearing over 30 children from across Years 3 to 6 perform yesterday. 🎶

A huge well done to the U18 team. Great to see so many Blundellian’s in there too… 🙌🏻

The children in Yrs 3-6 have enjoyed two fascinating enrichment sessions so far this term. Last week, Mr Moore, Head of History @BlundellsSchool , talked about the ‘Role of the Monarchy’. This week, Mr Morrison, Head of Physics, came to share his passion for rockets. 🚀

We are very lucky to have a wonderful in-house catering team who keep us all very well-fed at the Prep School. Earlier this term, our Yr 3 families were able to enjoy some of their creations when they joined their children in the school hall for a delicious afternoon tea & tour!

It has been wonderful to welcome all our pupils back for what is going to be a very busy few months. We would like to introduce you to our new Head Girl, Victoria and Head Boy, Jacob. We're sure that they will do both the school and their peers proud over the coming term.

We're very excited to be welcoming our current pupils and many new families back to school tomorrow for an action packed term. This afternoon many of the children in Years 3 to 6 enjoyed getting together for some pre-season training. #friends #sport #teamwork
