Today's Rare Pepe Lore Lesson™️ is Series 31, Card 2 - OUIJAPEPE by @halluciphile. This is a 1/132 card with a current floor price of 0.0666 BTC ($5,380 USD).
46 wallets hold a copy of this card and the largest one controls 36.36% of the total supply (48/132). The last transaction performed by that wallet was 3 years ago.
I confirmed the artist that this card is another example of AI-assisted art (the bottom half). He used a similar technique on two of his other Rare Pepe cards - PEPEKIDROBOT and NAHUAL.
The AI-assisted art portion of the card is that of a rotated and flipped Ouija board. Skulls have replaced the typical sun and moon in the corners. On top of the board you can see some ghostly-green hands on the planchette which have drifted into the scene from the top of the card.
Above that are two hand-drawn Pepe's and something that looks like The Creature from the Black Lagoon kneeling at a table playing with another Ouija board.
Behind them is the outline of a dark room with a ghost asking, "Be my friend?" as well as a couple pentagrams.
Very spooky stuff for this, the most spooky of days.

I've built a site to host the daily lore lessons and it's coming along nicely. I start with the original tweet. When I learn new lore, I add it. This way we all know as much as we can possibly know about our beloved Pepes.
Take Lesson 40 for example. It's a @Zederwan grail. You'll see I've added two additional images provided by Zed as well as an addendum with his recollections.

The two Jokers are the exception - one of them is larping as the clown from IT and the other is putting on his face while brushing his teeth.

SNICKETS —
TROLLBOX —

Big update on the last week and where we're at 🟧
ROUND 1 WINNER —
Jimmy by @0xmeaustin took 50% of the vote and is the first collection in the bracket.
THE BRACKET —
Two more voting rounds are coming. Each round crowns a winner. Then a final vote between the three winners, and the best of the best launches next.
The first 10K Shielded numbers should go to great quality projects, and the community should have real variety to pick from.
One week was rushed, so the next rounds give artists time to get their teams together.
CALLING ARTISTS AND FOUNDERS —
Working on a project, or know an artist who belongs on Shielded? Get in.
On the Ord Dropz site go to Create your collection and pick Shielded.
You pay a small amount of sats up front to inscribe your parent and rules. Read the instructions on the page.
Get your parent inscribed and you're in the running for the next round.
WHAT I SHIPPED THIS WEEK
NAKA COUNCIL —
Holders vote on what launches next, right in the vault. One vote per Naka, fully private, can't be faked.
CLAIMS —
Open. Claim all your weeks in one go, bonus in the same transaction.
POUCHES —
SHNAKAS trade in pouches split, send privately, list, buy. Live on mainnet now, locked while I test it.
Opens to everyone Friday, Nov 6.
SNICKETS —
This is how you get GTD. Burn SHNAKAS, get Snickets, 1 for 1. Burned SHNAKAS are gone for good.
Each Shielded launch sets its GTD spots and the Snickets price per spot.
Take a spot, get a one-time code, mint from any wallet. No spots left, you pay nothing. Spots are final.
SHNAKAS PAGE —
Its own token page on the marketplace with live burns, tokenomics and real candlestick charts.
TROLLBOX —
Post a line as your troll and it gets written on Bitcoin to the artist's feed.
INSTANT LISTINGS —
Every Shielded collection except Nakas lists, reprices and cancels instantly. Nakas stay exactly as they are.
PRIVATE WALLET —
Send out any amount, in BTC or USD.
Plus a pile of fixes: faster pages, more reliable claims, faster syncing, ready for more launches.
All of it in English and Chinese.
