We are currently installing our next exhibition @PittsLibrary, which includes this Vulgate from 1480 and this Bible software from 1991. Oddly, the software feels much, much older.

I've seen these books, and they are super cool/super depressing
#BannedBooksWeek was launched in 1982, but did you know that book censorship dates back to the 16th century? Find an example in the 1528 printing of St. Jerome’s collected letters recently acquired by Pitts at scholarblogs.emory.edu/pitts…! #rarebooks #censorship @BannedBooksWeek
