Really enjoyed Making a Fighter: Inside Syndicate MMA on @ufc. John Wood’s my guy, so it was great seeing him and his team get this spotlight. Well worth watching. Much love, @bigwoodmma 👊🏽 youtu.be/uTwn-PcukiQ?is=AvYr… via @YouTube
Heartbroken to hear my good friend Shad Smith was reportedly struck and killed by a car in Joshua Tree. A fighter, a TapouT OG and part of our MMA family from the early days. Hard to take this in. Rest easy, brother. #tapout

Saw MUSK today at Mill Valley. Incredible, polarizing portrait of Elon Musk. @alexgibneyfilm ability to sustain a four-hour investigation is remarkable. As a filmmaker, I left inspired. One of the greatest documentary filmmakers of our century.
So many fighters have referenced Roosevelt’s “Man in the Arena” over the years. Pretty cool seeing a signed copy of the actual speech in person. One of those pieces that just means a little more when you’ve spent your life around fighters.
I love watching this kid fight @JoshuaVanBT is the next superstar in the sport.

Eleven years ago today, I took this photo of @EliasTheodorou . Hard to believe he’s no longer with us. A true original ,charismatic, kind, fearless and always completely himself. Grateful our paths crossed. Rest easy, Elias. 🙏🏽
Brilliant work by @GarethADaviesDT. Boxing, class, politics, history, all woven together with real humanity. The Islington Boxing Club mention hit me personally. That place taught me lessons I still carry today. This is essential viewing.
