I went to Starbucks today & spoke to the woman who made my cappuccino. She told me it gets busy after the high school lets out. I was surprised they drank so much ☕️ at a young age. She told me they order the sugary drinks (not much ☕️). Just wanted to let you know. ☕️ 🏫 🍭
In my early morning routine. Coffee shop - music, espresso, reading - and now after so long, after much effort - change is felt. The solitude I have sought is moving towards a lonely feeling. This may be good.

My sister in law is staying in my house this week. So, if I seem a little grouchy you’ll know why. Just wanted you to know. I really do like her, but it’s hard to listen to her 24/7. She has a strong and dominating personality. I clash at times because I’m also a strong one.
I’m feeling somewhat relieved. I thought I was getting sick and might need medical assistance. I won’t get into details but I will probably be adding more fiber to my diet. More vegetables like string beans. 🫘 iykyk. lol
