Day before, plan sleeping at UK time, even if it’s a nap. Airplane - switch watch to UK time and sleep accordingly.
I woke up UK time 6am as I do everyday and feel great. Coffee till 3pm and then sleep at 23:00 tonight.
This is not a standard job.
