When you’re quick to apologize even when you’ve done nothing wrong, take a sacred pause before speaking.
If your automatic response is to erase yourself and to seek others’ approval, slow down, breathe, and consider your heart.
A wonderful time in DC presenting, attending incredible posters, experiencing art (highlights included lnkd.in/gTnE7Syx) and biking. Thank you to my co-authors & those who have given us feedback along the way. It takes a village to finish a systematic review! #aps25dc🎉

People's creativity hinges on the collective brain into which they are enmeshed. It's about the population size, interconnectedness and cognitive diversity. E.g., we've shown how the low innovation rates in the U.S. South arise (in part) from a lack of cultural diversity.
