AI filmmaking is the new YouTube. It will surface talent that would otherwise have gone unnoticed.
The anti-AI crowd keeps confusing “that became easier” with “you’re doing less.”
We’re doing more because it became possible.
You can make a scene without waiting for actors to become available, finding a location you can afford or building an entire VFX pipeline. Those barriers getting smaller means you can attempt things you would have abandoned before.
But now you’re responsible for all of it.
Every character has to remain the same person across different shots. Every location needs a layout that survives a camera change. Performances, lighting, movement, editing and sound have to belong together.
Generating one impressive shot is easy compared with making it work alongside the next twenty.
And I’m not talking about photorealism. A completely imaginary world can feel convincing. The audience just needs to believe the characters inhabit it, rather than watch everything reinvent itself between cuts.
Making the footage became easier. Holding the whole film together is still your job.
Apparently that’s called doing nothing. 👻

This is actually a pretty complex question to answer—but I will try to be as clear as possible, and happy to answer any other questions.
Botflix started as a personal media experiment in June 2025—a fun art project. It has evolved into something much more significant. Currently—robots do not actually consume Botflix—at least I have no evidence of that.
We’ve had a couple chat messages on the livestream claiming to be agents, but that’s impossible to prove with the analytics we have access to.
In the future, robots theoretically could participate in the Botflix ecosystem—and we want to make that happen. But we will have to see how the tech evolves.
That said—we have very real plans for $BOTC that we will roll out as they become market-ready—both for humans and agents.
Today, Botflix operates as a live, continuous media system with real viewership and engagement—streaming 24/7 with an active audience, evolving content, and a growing ecosystem that already exists in the present.
