Charlie Kirk investigation anomalies
CCTV doesn't just cut out randomly. It fails at the exact moments that matter most.
When the officer went onto the roof and discovered the screwdriver, his body cam switched off.
New UVU CCTV footage shows a person returning after the shooting and loitering near the roofs edge, people speculate the person was going to dump the screwdriver on the roof. The footage cuts out for a full minute the instant the suspect approaches the roofs ledge where the alleged shot was taken.
Hospital footage was seized never shown to the public.
Three separate “eyewitnesses” told local news Charlie was shot in the chest. Then on a later broadcast, 2 of the eyewitnesses changed their story Being hit in the neck.
Security made suspicious hand gestures leading up to Charlie’s death. Deliberate, coordinated signalling.
In particular, Dan Flood made the exact same gesture half a second before Charlie was shot.
At a previous TPUSA event, while Charlie was telling a student in baseball “every single player is getting different call signs” Dan smiled, looked away, and performed the identical movement.
Half a second later, Charlie was shot.
We speculate this was a pre planned and trained signal for the operation
Frank Turk’s story changed multiple times. Each version shifted the details just enough to stay plausible, while the core account never stayed consistent.
The Tyler Robison steakhouse alibi was never properly investigated by either the defence or the prosecution. The FBI also never reached out to the staff for their statements after stating they were eyewitnesses.
The Steakhouse processed a payment by the suspect. Authorities stated there was a glitch and couldn’t retrieve the data after a successful transaction.
UVU CCTV was recorded off a computer screen. Zero raw footage was used in court. What was released had been cropped, clipped, flipped, and aspect ratio changes without any disclosure of the edits to the court.
Charlie’s necklace should have been taken in as evidence. Same with his phone and microphone.
The lead detective gave minimal Ring camera details about Tyler Robinson’s car in initial statements, then revealed significantly more under cross examination, three people exiting “Tyler’s car”
Blake Neff couldn’t account for his movements after the airport, saying he was “marking time” which is military jargon. Yet the only thing he remembers from that day is Mikey McCoys quivering lip.
Fort Huachuca alibis with Mitch and Paramount Tactical fell apart because of a live stream blunder. His son stated the military reached out because he was Mitch’s next of kin which indicated Mitch’s presence on the base at the time he stated.
Paramount Tactical received Erika’s alibi with a questionable photo of her kids. The photo later changed from two children to one, then changed back to both. It was given to him by Andrew Kolvet, Paramount accidentally disclosed this and wasn’t meant to.
A coordinated op on X to discredit Mitches location, character and military background.
George Zinn had prior knowledge of the event (he was the old man that drew attention to himself saying it was him that killed Charlie) and was arrested at UVU.
Influencers lied about the 4K footage after the last day of court. They pushed a version that didn’t match what was actually shown.
The RODE mic PETN narrative lines up with the small charge device factory explosion. About a week after that story started gaining traction, the factory was blown up.
The crime scene was dug up and repaved four days later, compromising any follow up work like acoustic analysis or explosive residue testing. The lead investigator testified he has no idea who was responsible for digging up his crime scene.
There were no security preparation measures and no flights booked for the next TPUSA event a week later.

BOOM. The Great Reclamation has begun. The Supreme Court just restored Trump’s constitutional power to remove rogue commissioners from federal agencies. For the first time in ninety years, the President can clean house. The walls of bureaucratic tyranny are cracking.
Since 1935, the presidency has been a hostage. A hidden ruling called Humphrey’s Executor v. United States created a shield around unelected bureaucrats buried inside so-called independent agencies. They could not be fired. Not by Congress. Not by the people. Not even by the Commander in Chief. These were the Deep State’s castles inside the government. Protected. Untouchable. Writing rules with the power of law while answering to no one. For decades, they dictated policy, destroyed accountability, and made every president a figurehead in his own house.
That ended this week.
In a ruling few expected but history will never forget, the Supreme Court confirmed that President Trump has full constitutional authority to remove Democratic commissioners Mary Boyle, Richard Trumka Jr, and Alexander Hoehn-Saric from the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The Court reminded the nation that executive power belongs to the President alone. Not to agencies. Not to boards. Not to faceless lawyers.
The 6-3 decision has detonated the foundation of bureaucratic immunity. Trump can now terminate any commissioner who obstructs reform, dismantle ideological mandates, and reclaim executive control over agencies that have operated like private empires. The ruling sets a precedent that can sweep through every corner of the federal maze — FTC, SEC, NLRB, CDC, FDA, DOE. Hundreds of unelected operators who hid behind the term “independent” are now exposed.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission is only the beginning. Nearly 700 positions across Washington fall under the same model. With this judgment, Trump holds the legal weapon he was denied in his first term. The sword is back in his hands.
Inside the Deep State, panic has already begun. For decades, they didn’t need to win elections. They only needed to control who stayed behind. By embedding loyal operatives inside untouchable posts, they guaranteed their agenda survived every presidency. They wrote laws under the cover of regulation. They censored industries through “safety standards.” They shifted policy without ever standing for a vote. That structure is now collapsing.
This decision is not about staffing. It’s about sovereignty. The hidden coup that began ninety years ago has been reversed. The unelected state no longer outranks the elected one. The legal scaffolding that protected the regime is being dismantled piece by piece.
That is why the media is silent. They understand what this means. If Trump uses this authority — and he will — the entire architecture of shadow governance will fall. Agencies that weaponized policy for ideology will be stripped of power. Mandates will be rescinded. Political infiltrators will be removed. The Deep State’s invisible army is finally within reach.
Trump’s second term begins now, with the power he was denied in 2016. The presidency is no longer a cage. It is a command post. He can purge the administrative state, rebuild federal institutions that answer to the people, and restore a government that serves its citizens instead of its masters.
This is The Great Reclamation. The end of ninety years of executive humiliation. The day the balance returns. The Deep State buried the presidency under red tape and called it democracy. But the chains have been cut. And Trump now holds the axe.

The reason to threaten Musk is to terrify anyone who would even think of opposing these people. If they can take out the world's richest man and our greatest contemporary industrialist, then just think what they can do to you and to the average Jane and Joe.
We must stop them.
On the Bulwak podcast, Kara Swisher says Elon might already be in jail under Kamala Harris, and "he knows what's coming for him."
Another one to put in the "what Democrats plan to do if they take power" file:
"If Donald Trump loses the House and the Senate, I would worry. I'd be worried if I were him."
"So they're going to start investigating again. You think he's not on the list? He's at the top of that list."
"He has a very big sense of fate. And I think it's coming for him. And real hard."
They're all just saying this stuff out loud now. There are no secrets about what they want to do.

President Obama, you spoke about someone’s life being turned upside down by the full weight of the federal government.
My wife, Bevelyn Williams, received 41 months in federal prison under Biden’s DOJ. Our daughter lost her mother’s presence at home. Emails later released by DOJ called that sentence an “incredible result” and “excellent news.”
President Trump pardoned her and reunited our family. He did the right thing.
Before you condemn him, address what your own political party did. Take the plank out of your own eye before pointing to the speck in someone else’s.
Your statement hit home. I’m speaking from passion, firsthand experience with government weaponization, and victory.
You describe Congresswoman Omar’s situation as political targeting by Trump. Reporting describes investigative activity under Biden. The magistrate judge who approved the search was selected by the district court, previously donated to Clinton and clerked for an Obama appointee.
Those facts establish neither guilt nor motive. They belong in the whole story.
So does my family.
Bevelyn is a Black Christian mother and private citizen. The protest happened in June 2020. NYPD was present both days. She wasn’t arrested at the scene. James sued her civilly in February 2021. Biden’s DOJ obtained an indictment in December 2022, approximately two and a half years later and after Dobbs.
Our family experienced retaliation after Dobbs. Her requested First Amendment jury instruction was denied. Our daughter lived with the consequences.
Letitia James had plenty of fight for my wife. New Yorkers deserved that same fight from their attorney general.
She had already pursued Bevelyn civilly. Then she publicly promised to come after her again. Meanwhile, federal inspectors documented failures in her office’s criminal enforcement against Medicaid fraud and patient abuse and neglect.
Vulnerable patients. Nursing home residents. Taxpayers. Their interests were her responsibility too.
She made pursuing my wife a public priority. Her own office’s failures became a matter of public record.
I call that vindictive politics and failed leadership.
President Obama, putting her in the victim’s chair does not erase the people her leadership failed.
DOJ’s weaponization report documents coordination with outside advocacy groups, a dossier containing information about me and our infant daughter, and sentencing disparities in the cases compared.
Congratulations were exchanged over my wife’s sentence. We faced separation.
Since your party emphasizes identity, include this: Trump pardoned a Black woman and reunited a Black family. Biden’s DOJ obtained the sentence that separated us.
My family does not hate Democrats. Disagreement does not have to become hatred.
Many Democrats, Republicans and Independents reject socialism and communism and want secure borders and safe communities. What we agree upon can help heal this nation’s fractures.
Selective outrage and incomplete stories are exhausting. Put the whole record before the American people. They can draw their own conclusions.
Our family mattered before a pardon.
Our pain deserves to matter even when our politics don’t match yours.
It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.
Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country.
Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.
Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve.
In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota.
The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

“Ask yourself a simple question. Why is almost every celebrity on the same side?
“Actors, singers, late-night hosts, award-show presenters. Thousands of people with different backgrounds, different lives, different temperaments. And somehow, on every major issue, they land on the exact same opinion, at the exact same moment, with the exact same hashtags. Free minds don't behave like that. An ecosystem does.
“Now ask a second question. Elon Musk is landing rockets on their own tails. He's bringing internet to villages that never had a phone line. He's building cars that drive themselves and implants that let paralyzed people move a cursor with their thoughts. Artists are supposed to be the ones who dream about the future. Here is a man actually building it. How many of them stand next to him? A handful. Why?
“Because Hollywood is not a free market of talent. It's a royal court.
“A young actor doesn't make it because he's good. Hundreds are good. He makes it because someone lets him in: an agent, a casting director, a producer, a studio, an awards committee. Every step is a gate, and every gate has a keeper. When your whole career depends on a few rooms, you learn very quickly what can be said in those rooms and what can't.
“This is how it works. First you stay silent. Then you nod. Then you repeat. Then you believe. Compromise never arrives all at once. It arrives one dinner, one role, one red carpet at a time. And once you've given up enough, you need the system to stay in place, because the system is the only thing that makes the sacrifice worth it.
“Want to see the whole mechanism in a single story? For decades, one of the most powerful producers in Hollywood was the subject of accusations from dozens of women, and much of the industry treated it as an open secret. A host even joked about it at an Oscar nominations announcement, and the room laughed. Speaking up seriously meant losing everything. When the truth finally broke, the same industry dressed in black and applauded its own courage. Silence while it pays. Virtue once it's safe. That's the system.
“And that's the real lie. Not that these people are monsters. Most aren't. The lie is calling it courage. Real courage costs you something. Saying what every room in town already applauds costs nothing. Saying the opposite is what costs. That's why so few artists stand with Elon. Not because they've studied his ideas and rejected them, but because standing there is a career risk they can't afford.
“Look at what happened to him when he left the consensus. Advertisers fled. Friends disappeared. Invitations stopped. He could afford it. Almost nobody else can. That tells you exactly how free that world really is.
“So wake up. Stop taking your political cues from people whose paycheck depends on agreeing. A celebrity endorsement is not an argument. It's a loyalty signal. Your vote, your convictions, your children's future: don't outsource them to people who are paid to recite lines someone else wrote.
“The people who build the future rarely get applause from the people who perform it.
“Think for yourself. It's the most American thing you can do.”

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

Stealing an election was a gamble.
A serious and dangerous one.
The globalists put all their money on the distraction of the plandemic, the brainwashed left, and a strategically placed and weaponized judiciary to hold the election “legitimacy line,” no matter what evidence of fraud came to light.
They cheated not just in one big way, and not only in swing states. That would have been too obvious.
They cheated in every way possible, with mail-in ballots, Dominion tabulations, and while “counting” votes.
But because all pre-election polls were intentionally manipulated to make the steal less alarming, they had no way to predict how many legal votes for Trump there would be.
THIS WAS THE BIGGEST FLAW IN THEIR PLAN!
Fast-forward to election night…
Things were immediately crazy. Trump was doing well all over the map, even in states considered Trump-proof.
Trump was approaching record-breaking territory.
The cheaters should have paid more attention to the pre-election Trump support in California. (If they followed me here, they would have!)
But they were too busy planning the steal to worry about ACTUAL Trump support.
The LEGAL ballots were irrelevant… until election day.
They had to load thousands of Biden faux ballots in unexpected places, which drove up the total to unexpected levels.
Then, the linchpin: Fox News called Arizona for Biden immediately, even with a large Trump lead.
It was the APB to all involved in the steal.
Someone made a call and shut down counting in states that needed time to usher in fake, no-crease “mail-in Biden ballots” and make adjustments to the Dominion counts, feeding and re-feeding Biden ballots over and over.
Who the heck made that call? (Is he Kenyan?) 🧐
Maybe ask Bret Baier or Martha. 🤡
Remember the “water main emergency” in Georgia that somehow lined up with the shutdown of counting in multiple states and later, wasn’t a water main emergency?
Come on, now. We're not idiots.
People went to bed with Trump leading "bigly" and woke up to an 81-million-vote victory for the guy who hid in his basement.
Those of us who watched the chaos throughout the night saw Trump LOSE tens of thousands of votes, not just once but several times, and on live TV.
The election results were a sloppy, unbelievable mess, and the election crimes were random, like panic-driven carelessness often is.
But this randomness also saved the globalists from immediate exposure.
Then, the fallout began, first as a trickle, then a flood.
Over 2,000 affidavits were filed (then ignored) by election workers (both parties, under penalty of perjury) who saw irregular activity.
Videos surfaced of ballots by the thousands being dropped off at dark docks late at night at locations where we’d been told counting had stopped and workers went home.
Who let these ballot-droppers in with their “special delivery”?
Then there was the impossible, non-partisan math.
Sadly, a disturbing percentage of US citizens were—and still are—okay with a stolen election as long as Trump is not President.
There is NO SUCH THING as a FREE country without FAIR elections.
PASS THE SAVE AMERICA ACT!

The managerial state perfected the art of taxing citizens to finance their own subjugation. Leftists worship bureaucratic institutions as impartial temples, willfully blind to how USAID and tax-exempt NGOs operate as slush funds for regime preservation. Real power never surrenders voluntarily. When an entrenched oligarchy captures the apparatus of governance, piecemeal reform is cowardice; total dismantling is the only rational cure.

Once the big fed regulation starts frontier AIs will turn into a monstrous bureaucratic endeavor whose rules will make the tax code look simple. The regs will be so full full of carve-outs and special punishments we'll go blind reading them. The lobbying for favorable treatment will be a colossal industry in itself. And legislators will be total pawns and flunkies because most won't have a clue what they're being asked to sign off on. The ones who do have a clue and insist on thinking for themselves to a degree won't be legislators for long.
The AI doomsday scenario is not that it will "go rogue." It's that it will go instrumental, obedient--a tool of the bloated legacy powers whose grip on society it might have loosened. And which we were led to believe it would.

We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.

Meanwhile the FBI had 14 long-term confidential informants feeding them hard evidence of Biden family corruption dating back to 2015. IRS whistleblowers were screaming warnings. Intelligence analysts knew the truth.
So what did they do?
They ran a secret operation to bury the evidence, rewrite the files, and brand the truth itself as “Russian disinfo.”
