You are asleep in your bed in Versailles Kentucky. Your wife is in your arms, and your 6 year old son and his 3 siblings are sleeping in their rooms.
A man whom you have never met gets into his car in Indianapolis and begins driving south for over three hours.
He pulls right up to your house, enters the residence, grabs a knife from the kitchen, and starts stabbing your son.
Killing him.
You have never met this man. He has never met your kids. This was completely 100% random.
How much would you wish you had a gun as your son is being stabbed to death? How anti gun are you in this exact moment?
Because this incident ACTUALLY happened and it will continue to happen. Killers will ALWAYS exist.
If it’s not with a gun, it’ll be with a knife. If it’s not with a knife, it’ll be with a bat. If it’s not with a bat it’ll be with a car. If it’s not with a car it’ll be with a hammer.
I could go on forever.
Prisons have outlawed ANY and ALL weapons and inmates STILL manage to kill each other ROUTINELY.
