[oc] Hastilude intro comic for Liao Zhun

I participated in Hastilude, an OCT themed around a knight's tournament in a 13th version alternate-France. I want to clean up and post all the comics I drew for Hastilude eventually, so here's the character info and intro comic for the character I created, Liao Zhun.
