Always good to spend time on Mossy Creek, especially with @AddisonBunn and @brookelyn_roach. And great to see our 26s on the court at the next level. @_addigamble @Gwen_ca23 @Emma_cooper25 will make an impact, book it! Thanks @MikeMincey and @DustyNickles_ for having us. @CNwbasketball is full of great people.

As my coaching time winds down, some say trophies don’t matter. Well, they will matter to the memories as I watch all the girls that have called me “Coach” go on to play college ball. Those girls know I’m there for the long haul and hopefully they believe it is for all the right reasons…that wasn’t my original goal, but I’ve had some great young ladies to learn from. I’m happy to say when I hang up the whistle I’m confident and proud of what we’ve ALL accomplished….together!!! 💙💛

FYI: At this time we will not be making any changes or additions to our roster for their final season in 2027. If something changes we will make an announcement, but I don’t foresee that being the case. To quote from my favorite sports movie Hoosiers, coach Norman Dale said, “my teams on the floor.” The grass is greener where you water it. This is what CULTURE looks like. Best of luck to everyone building/joining a new team and we hope everyone finds happiness.

To say this young lady was one of our leaders is an understatement. She was in our TOP 3 in every statistical category except deflections, and she was 4th. Anyone passing on this girl is missing out on a fabulous player, person and teammate!!! And she’s big time in big games!!!

Congrats to @AddisonBunn and @kylac334 on their All Tournament selections for @Elite40League. Thanks to @NE2K_Rich and his staff for their efforts in promoting all of these talented players. It is worth noting that @brookelyn_roach was also in all of these conversations after another great event.

The EPITOME of TEAM!!! After a very successful run at Roses, including an appearance in the ELITE 8 of @Elite40League here are our leaders. Catch these girls next in Greensboro, NC July 24-27. @powell2028

Was it Karaoke night? Dave & Busters? The daily trips to Swig and 7 Brew? Cornhole and Spikeball at the house? 10:30pm spur of the moment Bible Study? Scooter rides around town (parents included)? Walking the Dog? Late night walks to the Ice Cream Shop? Eating every meal together as a team? Laughing, crying, laughing some more? Going 6-2 and making the Elite 8 against the best competition I’ve ever played in Louisville? Spending the week together with 9 amazing young ladies and their families (even our injured @powell2028 came to support)? What was it that made this trip memorable? ✅ to all of the above. #cultureovereverything
