So sad to hear of the passing of Susan Saint James. I fell in love with her on tv and then met her in person at a @SpecialOlympics game and fell in love even more. Her heart and passion for the athletes and their families was genuine and pure. You will be missed Susan❤️xoxo

I'll answer this now: It's the 2005 White Sox. They won 99 games and led their division from start to finish. Including the regular season, they went 19-3 over their final 22 games (8-2 reg season/11-1 in the playoffs) and swept the Astros in the World Series.
Once the Brewers get the final out in Game 3, they'll be 10-1 in this postseason. And we'll start the nominations for the most dominant champions ever (in the division era, starting in 1969)...

🚨 BREAKING: Travis County judge granted Gina Hinojosa's request to inspect Greg Abbott's unredacted Musk emails. Judge Mauzy set Thursday 10 AM as the DEADLINE for Abbott to let her see them. Abbott tried to keep them hidden, calling them "intimate and embarrassing."

Walter Koenig made Star Trek history w/his voice cameo in the 2023 series finale of "Picard." He didn't appear as Pavel Chekov; but rather President Anton Chekov, leader of the United Federation of Planets; the son of his original character. The name was a tribute to Anton Yelchin, who'd died in 2016 and had played Chekov in the JJ Abrams films. This made Walter the last of the original cast to appear in a Star Trek series.

THIS!! I need people to focus on what he’s saying. There should be a general strike as soon as they start their bullshit. If they won’t listen to our voices when we vote, they will when we stop working and shopping!!!

They said Hillary was ahead in the polls. They said Kamala was ahead in the polls. I don’t give a fuck what the polls say right now. Get your ass out there and fucking vote.

People wonder why I give so many compliments to strangers. I'm not being fake, and I'm certainly not looking for people to like me. But, if I pass someone and I like something, I say it: "Love those shoes," "Great hair" or "Your eyes are beautiful!" …..Why? Because life is hard, and this world can be a shitty place. Some people are just plain mean. You never know how much those few words could mean to someone. You never know what hell they may be going through. And when you put positive vibes out in the universe, YOU become a happier person. So, random compliment giving will change your life, and more importantly, it may change someone else's as well.

Brazil you are giving me a lot of hope and rebuilding my faith in humanity
In the end, Brazil really did teach the United States a lesson. They jailed the fascist, and then they defeated his political heir.

I took about 50,000 photos through a 14" telescope last night to produce this: A hyper-detailed photo of the full moon. The fidelity of the photo was great enough to allow me to greatly enhance the color, revealing a hidden world of geological diversity.
