We've filed a new lawsuit against the City of San Diego for now sending park rangers to a yoga instructor's home to cite him for violating the #yogaban by streaming free classes on YouTube, because more than four people viewed it in a park!

Please note this is not intended to and will not stop trap/neuter/release (TNR) programs. It will stop SDHS from turning away lost/abandoned friendly, adoptable cats who lack "verifiable proof" of ownership (the current bizarre standard SDHS uses to admit cats into the shelter).
We received the ruling from Judge Bacal today in the cat case, and we won! SD Humane's policy of dumping friendly, adoptable cats on the streets with no known caretaker is illegal…
They will now be required to accept friendly (not feral) cats with no known caretaker into their shelter for adoption services. Trap/neuter/return (TNR) programs for truly feral cats will not be affected...
