We are looking for motivated PhD students to join the Applied Machine Learning and Materials Modeling (AM3) Group at the National University of Singapore (NUS)!
Our research focuses on AI for Science and computational modeling, including but not limited to: (1) Atomistic simulations integrating first-principles calculations and statistical mechanics. (2) Generative dynamics and machine learning for complex materials. (3) Physics-grounded agents and theory-experimental alignment for scientific discovery.
We welcome applicants from applied mathematics/physics/chemistry/materials science and related fields. We particularly encourage candidates with a strong background in applied math/physics to apply. Prior knowledge of materials science is not required.
