The most interesting part about these vids to me is that the bike always goes forward without input. The game is so focused on cinematic qtes instead of gameplay that you don’t even have gas and brakes on a vehicle.

It may be a hard pillow to swallow, but I think a lot of people need to realize a lot of the “aesthetic” of the original Ocarina of Time was birthed from hardware limitations and never truly represented what the artists envisioned very well.
