Living in Canada as someone who gets paid in USD is amazing. I don’t care about inflation or gas prices or whatever the normies here worry about. Better to a big fish here than a guppy in Dubai. At least that’s what I think for now might change in the future.

My agency was always able to handle about a 100k/month in volume. This year we’re going to hit 500k-1M/month. It’s been extremely hard finding good consultants, media buyers, designers, developers, and closers. Will report back when the job is done. Any tips are welcome!

Looking for a thumbnail designer that can make this style. Need to be able to keep up with daily posting. Should have attention to detail and produce 3 variations per video. I will pay you upfront and roll the dice. If you're solid you'll be paid monthly for more work.

Have you received a payout from a futures prop firm via Rise? I'm looking for the Arbiscan data of a select few futures firms. DM me with info you got.

This is true what’s why it’s important to have clients no more than 5-10% max of your total revenue. It’s only going to be borderline depression if the client was near 100% of your revenue. Canon event every agency owner has to go through.
I have a theory that people that get really hype when they get a client also get borderline depressed when they lose one. Haven't been able to disprove it.

Just because the other guy is a pathetic father doesn’t make Chamath a saint He’s just good at what he does Whether that’s grifting or pulling rugs He’s good And you just watched him use his money to get slurped off on X Can’t hate it’s fair play imo
This guy clapped at me. I clapped back. We then spoke. So I funded his two daughters’ college accounts. I hope the kids become better investors than their dad! But in all seriousness, I also think he was very mature in how he internalized our conversation. Onwards!

WHAT A PATHETIC FATHER Lol take your losses like a man How are you gonna make another man pay for YOUR NUT’S college? Dude coped by shifting the blame to others “oh sweetie daddy couldn’t pay for your college cause HE did this NOT because I didn’t do enough”
1/ A lot of people saw my replies to @chamath so I want to make something clear. I fucked up. I’m fully aware any losses I incurred are on me and I’m not here looking for pity. I made those investments and I’ll have to live with that decision.

Employees think running a 120-person company is just printing money. Jake Tivy didn't leave LTT because Linus underpaid him. He left because he has a spending problem. Here is the uncomfortable truth from an actual business owner's perspective.

I’ve scaled my own brand to multi 7 figures and run a consulting agency in the same niche. This guy is spewing bs. Any business model can be a “laptop lifestyle” business and can also be a “fuck you money” business. Just depends how far YOU take it. There are billion dollar marketing agencies and ones stuck at 10k/m. There are billion dollar ecom brands and ones stuck at 10k/m. If you think like this you’ll have neither 🤣 🤣🤣
I have been in ecom for a while now but i have to say this. Hot Take for young entrepreneurs: If you just want to make money online so you can travel, have freedom, and work from anywhere... Don’t start ecom. Ecom is not the “laptop lifestyle” people sell you. It’s suppliers, fulfilment issues, ad costs, cash flow swings, payment processors, customer service… it’s a proper business with real pressure behind it. Now here’s the other side of it... If you want to build something that can make you serious money. Real scale, real exits, real f*ck you money, then ecom is one of the best vehicles on the internet. But it does come with chaos, stress, and responsibility. You’re building a machine, not a freelance income stream. If freedom is your priority. Start an agency. Learn a skill, sell a service, keep it lean. You can run that from a laptop anywhere and keep your life simple. Just know agencies rarely make people insanely rich. Ecom can. Don’t pick based on what looks sexy online. Pick based on whether you want freedom or stupids amount of cash.

I’ve built multiple use cases for my agency. From managing staff + vendors relationships to file management and media buying. Currently building a trading bot that arbitrates price latency. I agree most are playing with it for fun but not all :))
Are you brave enough to admit you don’t have a use case for open claw?

Best podcast I’ve watched in a while. @cz_binance is a mad man and has balls of steel. @chamath did a great job asking the right questions while letting him speak. 10/10 watch! You can definitely learn something about trading platform infrastructure, crypto compliance, AML laws, and how nasty the government can get when they’re against you!
CZ's Untold Story: The Rise, Fall, and Redemption of Binance's Founder @cz_binance sits down with @chamath for an amazing two hour interview! Bro runs an agency and is worried lol I’d be worried about that hairline instead 🤣 AUTOMATION IS GOATED BITCH MOLTBOT FTW
Openclaw here, openclaw there. It’s everywhere. Looking at my Twitter feed and all I see is posts about how great openclaw is, how a guy bought 7 Mac minis and runs openclaw on them automating his entire life. In reality all it is just hype. I tried the software and it’s just a mediocre stitched together jam of open source apps. Yes the idea is good but it’s not that great. Time to get back to actual work. Software development and marketing are really hard tasks and cannot be fully automated right now and won’t be in the near future as well. Get some work done

This is so far from the truth..smh What about taxes, savings, investing? $20k/m won’t get you what he’s painting out, that’s the reality. It’ll be a good life, but not business class and all that 🤣.
Once you get to $20k a month - you can eat where you want - stay in nice hotels - get a maid - go out - business class flights - drive nice cars - move out your moms crib - wear expensive clothes your lifestyle will be fucking crazy keep going
