I want to share a short story about a bill on the doorstep of passage (literally, a handful of votes away). It has gotten no attention amid the gridlock. But it would be a rare legislative win. And a HUGE breakthrough in treating kids with cancer. (1)

The FDA has only approved six pediatric cancer-specific drugs to date. #ChildhoodCancer consistently receives low funding, hindering progress. The lack of interest from big pharma & investors in pediatric cancer has been a challenge for decades.
