Yes, Murphy’s been below his best. But comparing finals pressure to H&A pressure is about as apples/oranges as you can get. He’s a 2nd year 20yo player and as we keep getting told “finals is a different beast”.
This is why the comparisons between Harley and Murphy are fanciful. One Reid thrives on the pressure and contest and the other one’s best footy is when he is under no pressure and he goes unchecked.

Still confused by all the claims that the Dempsey decision “trashed their momentum” when they kicked 4 of the next 5 goals and took the lead with a 20pt turnaround?
For anyone watching, this was a shocking call that abused the law of physics. Simply impossible this was touched. The goal umpire is a dill, or worse. The decision trashed Geelong's momentum. Chris Scott every right to give vent to his dismay @GeelongCats
You all need to understand that the one camera angle they show on the telecast isn’t the only thing ARC is using to make the decision.
I think this angle shows the Dempsey kick is a goal. He touches the ball last. As we said last night on @FOXFOOTY the 200 frame a second cameras are supposed to give the ARC a better chance to make brave calls. The soft call was a point, but the evidence was there to overturn it. After so many delays over lasso calls this year should the ARC have taken more time to make the right call?
Why are people surprised by the Walker selection?
