Some guy buying the SP500 every month, grilling burgers in his backyard right now, and doing 0 research, will outperform a shocking number of people who spend 8 hours a day analyzing the stock market.

I started investing in 2019. If I could go back, I’d tell myself 3 things: 1. Stop worrying about daily market movements. 2. Focus more on increasing your income. 3. Don’t underestimate boring investing. Building wealth is a lot simpler than people make it.

Learning to use tools like this is going to give some creators a huge advantage. Editing is so time consuming. Having a tool you can train to easily give you a rough cut could be game changing.
We’re excited to announce our new CapCut plugin is coming soon to @ChatGPT at CapCutWorldLA. The plugin brings CapCut's video editing and generation tools alongside ChatGPT. You can start with an idea in ChatGPT, bring it to life with the CapCut plugin right inside ChatGPT, then take your draft video to CapCut's web editor to refine, share and publish. By bringing the CapCut product you already love and use in ChatGPT, we're making content creation more seamless and efficient.

Chasing sign up bonuses with cc’s can be a pain. Get 2-3 good ones and casually earn those points/cash back.

Don’t know the housing stats for Galveston, TX but they can’t be great. Crazy amount of houses for sale. If you want a place on the coast it might be a good time to send some low ball offers.

This is why I meal prep lunches every week. Usually around $6 per meal and healthier than eating out. Going out everyday for lunch adds up quick.
54% US workers regularly skip lunch on the job due to high food costs, increasing job pressure, per CNBC
