I am not a fan of Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies, which are not money, and whose value is highly volatile and based on thin air. Unregulated Crypto Assets can facilitate unlawful behavior, including drug trade and other illegal activity....

JUST IN: Nasdaq releases official listing notice for spot $XRP ETF.
We would need a 80-90% drop for me to feel anything at all lol
Can I tell you how amazing it feels when the market is this afraid and depressed, yet your portfolio is still up big? I know many of my OG followers are in the same situation at present as I was writing about moments like these constantly back in 2022. How did I do it? Simple. I purchased assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, HBAR, and XDC, among others, near their bear market lows and took profits along the way. In an incredible position of strength now, with stables ready to be injected back into the market. I even kept my community informed about all my Bitcoin sales over the years. Real ones know. My method for profit taking is second to none and has been proven over time. I even created an XRP take-profit strategy two years in advance, when everyone was mocking me for building my positions. Very few have that level of foresight. That's what I like to call STRATEGY + PATIENCE. ⚒️

Ripple partnered with Moneygram 6 years ago and it ended after the lawsuit.
Western Union issuing a single USD stable coin on Solana is nice adoption, but mostly a lukewarm event in today's world of mass adoption.
The fact that Solana and its lead dev are calling this a dark day for XRP shows they are:
- Very jealous of XRPs market cap
- Have no idea what Ripple or XRP have done since 2019
- Think Western Union is a big win for them when wins for other chains involve trillions and quadrillions of possible value
- That XRP is in their head
- That they can't even celebrate their own announcement without trying to market that "bridge currencies" and XRP are useless.
You have to really be punching up to make your own PR release about another coin.
All this has done is reveal the immense insecurities of SOL supporters including their official account.
Eric Trump said to end the tribalism - but here we are, still getting XRP hate on a pretty mundane Western Union stable coin announcement.
I have no hate for SOL.
But making your PR wins about another coin is just not a confident look.

Do we still use the first version of the computer?
Do we still use the first version of the automobile?
I don’t believe the first crypto currency will always be the considered best cryptocurrency.

Great meeting with @Ripple, as they advance toward securing their license to operate in Luxembourg.
We discussed their ambitions in Europe and Luxembourg, and I reaffirmed our commitment to digital innovation.
Saving this for later

Hello! I told you a few months ago that no matter how good the news is, the price of XRP cannot exceed $4. The reason is that RIPPLE company owns too much XRP.
Even if you explain a lot about XRP, the price of XRP cannot increase. Face reality.

Yeah he knows it’s fucking go time
As happens in one’s life, I’ve been taking stock of my last 40 years. It’s been a wild ride. I’ve gone from consulting for the NSA to watching the early stages of Bitcoin. Then, I met Arthur, Jed, and Chris and worked on coding the XRP Ledger. Now, I’ve spent more than 13 years at Ripple.
I can’t begin to explain the depth of my gratitude to this company, the people who work here, and the community that surrounds XRPL. It’s been one of the greatest honors and experiences of my life, second only to my amazing family.
The time has come for me to step back from my day-to-day duties as Ripple CTO at the end of this year. I’m really looking forward to spending more time with the kids and grandkids and going back to the hobbies I set aside. But be warned, I’m not going away from the XRP community. You haven’t seen the last of me (now, or ever).
The last few months I’ve been tinkering on the side – spinning up my own XRPL node and publishing its output data, researching other use cases for XRP (besides what Ripple is focused on), and more. I truly enjoy this part — getting my hands dirty, talking to builders, coding for the pure love of it — and I’m really excited to get back to that. More to come on this very soon, I’m sure.
But back to gratitude — to Brad and Monica — leaders who have been here nearly as long as I have, and are the very soul of Ripple itself. To Chris, who took a huge leap of faith and never wavered. To Arthur, who had the big ideas every time we needed them. To the RippleX team, ledger developers, community members, builders, and everyone else — it’s been an honor being in the trenches with you all. Thank you for everything you have done for the XRPL. I have total confidence in the next generation of leaders and builders – including Dennis Jarosch (Ripple’s SVP of Engineering) – and far too many others to name in the XRP community who will carry the torch.
I’ll still be in and out of the Ripple office as CTO Emeritus, and as my last task at Ripple, Chris asked me to join Ripple's Board of Directors to continue supporting the company’s mission and long-term vision...and I accept!
I look forward to seeing the rest of you at XRP community events around the world.
