The soldering station ⁦@brilliant_labs⁩ Innovation Fair was busy all day, Even as buses were loading to go home, there were still lots of robot name tags being made. I wonder how many lights we will make at the Canada Wide Science Fair next week? ⁦@AnglophoneEast⁩

So proud that she made a light. Someone who would not speak out loud in front of the group spoke confidently this week. She made a light, we made a break through in a refugee new comer’s life. ⁦@brilliant_labs⁩ #teachsdg ⁦@Eng_Bright⁩

Last week it was fun seeing the reaction of two female refugee newcomers. After a night of soldering, there was surprise, a large smile and a yell,” I’m smart !” This week she took it with her everywhere. With this new confidence in making, she’s looking to produce winter hijabs.
