@LBC 8 years ago I helped develop 'the real junk tooth project' in Dewsbury. I developed a funded outreach program into local areas. Same issues were raised 8 years ago by @HWKirklees. There needs to be a different way of working, not just more money, targeting children with (1)

Esta cidade parece-nos familiar. Engraçado que o Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera (IPMA) veio dizer que o tornado não é um fenómeno anormal. No entanto é impressão nossa ou é a segunda inundação nesta cidade no espaço de dois meses?
Nada temei, nobre povo. Estamos bem.
Telhados arrancados, queda de árvores, inundações e até um pequeno tornado em Alcântara são algumas das consequências do mau tempo desta tarde. Equipas da Proteção Civil de #Lisboa continuam no terreno.
