In my humble opinion this is one of the best moments of the Kalen DeBoer era.. This is the type of accountability that establishes culture!!!! The passion from coach Deboer— the players and HaHa forcing 5 to receive the message. This is what GREAT teams do. Win or loss, this is what the Alabama Standard looks like. A vast amount of your Indy drills each day are making your player worse and wasting time. Guys just going through the motions Create drills in Indy/practice that problem solve and actually train skill & not memorization. Create movers & problem solvers. Not robots.
