ALT A dark grey rectangle with a statement in white text that reads: An update... Due to unsuccessful funding applications activity on our First Dibs talent development programme is on pause. The funding landscape is more challenging than we have ever known, and we are not the only organisation reporting a drop in application success rates. If you’ve had a funding knock-back recently, please know you’re not alone and don’t give up hope!
