Hey @flynorse, it’s been over 100 days since you bumped my son from his paid flight from London to NYC. You forced him onto a flight that arrived at 3:00 AM, leaving us to drive 4 hours back to Eastern PA in the middle of the night.
I filed a UK261 claim for the £520 compensation we are legally owed , but your customer service has completely ghosted my emails. When are you going to take responsibility and process the payment?
Norse has a frequent flyer program. Don’t bother joining - you’ll never use it after your first terrible experience
