- Use phx-update="stream"
- Create stream with `stream/2`
- Add/update stream with `stream_insert/4`
- Delete from stream with `stream_delete/3`

I need the ability to skim through content, navigate back and forth, and sometimes skip entire sections. I feel this is easier to do with text.
