An important update from CeDeFi Protocol.
After nearly a year of building, testing and learning, we’ve made the difficult decision to wind down CeDeFi and discontinue its public-facing activities.
We built far beyond a concept, from RWA tokenization and compliance workflows to smart contracts, vault architecture and research around programmable revenue.
But continuing responsibly would now require a fundamentally different regulatory and operating structure.
So we’ve decided to close this chapter properly rather than continue in ambiguity.
We’re proud of what was built, and deeply grateful to everyone who supported the journey.
CeDeFi Protocol is ending as a project.
The lessons behind it are not.

Token 本质上是权利与资源的可编程表达形式——一个可编程的容器，可以代表收益权、访问权、债权、计算资源、许可资格，甚至税收额度。
而 Crypto，只是 Token 在过去十年被金融化、投机化之后形成的一种特定叙事形态。
换句话说：
所有 Crypto 都是 Token，
但不是所有 Token 都是 Crypto。
Crypto 强调的是资产交易与价格波动。
Token 强调的是权利结构与价值分配。
Crypto 解决的是去信任化转账问题。
Token 解决的是可编程经济结构问题。
在 AI 时代，这个差异会被进一步放大。
当大模型调用需要计量、
