Thought Tx was a scam according to random bot accounts on X lol
Blocksquare is partnering with @txEcosystem, the Layer-1 blockchain built for financial applications and real-world assets, with its own native stablecoin, USTX.
Together, we're working to bring Blocksquare property tokens to tx's upcoming marketplace, open new distribution channels including eligible US investors, and explore USTX as a settlement asset across Oceanpoint and our product suite.

All these fraudsters who consistently write about “buying fear” have just shown you how difficult it really is to do it.
Most were posting bearish trash alongside the herd, when they should've been accumulating fat bags.
They'll soon flip and tell you they were buying the entire time.
That's bullshit.
The bottom line is this: buying fear is easy to write about, but incredibly difficult to execute.
Only a small percentage have what it takes.

A native stablecoin may look like a small piece of infrastructure.
Until you ask what the market settles in. 👀
With USTX, @txEcosystem is preparing a native liquidity layer for its upcoming RWA marketplace:
• tokenized stocks
• ETFs
• other real-world assets
• settlement directly on TX
Instead of fragmenting liquidity across external stablecoin routes, the idea is to keep the asset and its settlement rail on the same chain.
USTX, issued by @brale_xyz and announced as fully backed 1:1, could therefore become more than “another dollar token”.
It could become the cash layer underneath TX’s tokenized markets. 💵⚙️
For an ecosystem positioning itself around RWAs, that is a rather important piece of plumbing.
#TX #RWA #Stablecoins tx:native
Introducing USTX.
The native stablecoin of the tx ecosystem will launch in October.
USTX is issued on tx chain and built for what comes next: tokenized stocks, ETFs, and other real-world assets, providing stable liquidity on their native chain.
Why a natively issued stablecoin?
Tokenized markets are only as strong as the liquidity behind them. Today much of that liquidity sits in USDC, spread across many networks. USTX concentrates it into one native balance on tx, acting as a settlement layer for assets issued there.
In traditional markets, trading and settlement are separate processes. On-chain, the asset and the payment can move together, and a native stablecoin allows that process to scale efficiently.
USTX is one of the final additions before the tx marketplace goes live: a simple way to bring dollars onto tx and use them across the assets issued there. For issuers and traders, that means deeper liquidity in one place. For the ecosystem, it means the foundation is set for those assets to arrive.
Fully backed 1:1 and issued by @brale_xyz in partnership with tx.

This is how an ecosystem strengthens its foundation.
In partnership with @brale_xyz , USTX gives TX a native liquidity layer that will power tokenized stocks, ETFs, and real-world assets across our marketplace.
With support for USDC from multiple chains, USTX creates a simple path for bringing liquidity onto TX. It is an important step toward building meaningful TVL and one of the final building blocks before RWAs go live.
The wallet is live. Native liquidity is next. Leading the entire RWA space is the future.

tx supports the @SECGov innovation exemption.
Tokenized stocks now have a path to trade on-chain with the rights of the underlying share preserved: dividends, votes, issuers notified, a public ledger.
Investors deserve markets that keep those rights intact. This is what tx has been building towards.

Think bigger
Most people are dramatically underestimating the magnitude of what is happening right now.
This isn’t just a transition of the global financial rails.
We are tearing down and rebuilding the entire global operating system…
Money. Banking. Capital markets. Energy. Logistics. Manufacturing. Intelligence. Communications. Identity. Ownership. Defense. Healthcare. Education. Media. Labor. Governance.
And all of it is beginning to converge.
That convergence ultimately changes the distribution of power itself between individuals, corporations, institutions and governments.
The governments of the future will operate very differently from the governments of the industrial age, just as the corporations and financial institutions of the future will look nothing like those built for the 20th century.
This isn’t one technological revolution.
It’s multiple revolutions happening simultaneously, reinforcing one another and rewriting the infrastructure civilization runs on.
We aren’t watching the next chapter being written.
We’re watching the operating system of civilization being replaced.

There's a version of this argument that's less about blockchain and more about what ownership inherently means. A tokenized share should carry a real link back to the company that issued it.
That's the design constraint tx has been built around from day one. As the industry scales, this distinction will matter more and more.

🚨 CNBC exposes Robinhood's synthetic stock illusion—and Vlad Tenev just admitted the truth on live TV
🔥 As tx:native & SoloTex pioneer true compliance-first RWA, Robinhood is repeating the central risk mistakes of FTX
📺 The CNBC Interrogation That Exposed the Scam
In a brutal live exchange, CNBC cornered Vlad Tenev over $AMC CEO @CEOAdam outrage regarding tokenized equities—exposing Robinhood’s model as a benefit to themselves, not issuers or investors.
🎭 The FTX Illusion: You Own an IOU, Not the Stock
Just like SBF and FTX’s synthetic "stock tokens," Robinhood is issuing centralized debt securities IOUs while holding underlying shares as collateral in a black box.
❌ Disenfranchising Shareholders & Stripping Voting Rights
Vlad explicitly admitted on air that Robinhood’s tokenized stock holders get ZERO voting rights, effectively stripping retail investors of governance power.
🤐 Who Is Voting Your Shares? Robinhood Won't Say
When pressed on whether Robinhood votes these collateralized shares in boardrooms, Tenev choked: "We haven't announced plans for the voting aspect." Wall Street custody power stays centralized.
🏛️ SEC Regulations & The Legal Compliance Nightmare
Issuing synthetic derivative IOUs without direct shareholder registration or transparent custody places retail investors right back into pre-2021 T+2 settlement and broker-dealer counterparty risk.
🛑 Adam Aron & Corporate CEOs Are 100% Right
Corporate issuers are right to be furious: Robinhood siphons actual buying pressure into internal debt derivatives, hurting real stock price discovery and bypassing issuer-shareholder relationships.
⚔️ The Ultimate Contrast: Robinhood vs. tx:native & SoloTex
While Robinhood builds another centralized walled garden of IOUs, tx:native and SoloTex build true, compliant, on-chain financial infrastructure.
📜 Built-in Compliance & SEC-Aligned Architecture
Unlike Robinhood's debt wrappers, tx:native and SoloTex integrate native KYC/KYB, ISO 20022 messaging, and SEC-compliant permissioning directly at the protocol level.
💎 True Ownership & On-Chain Asset Backing
With SoloTex on tx:native, tokenized equities and RWAs represent actual, verifiably backed assets—ensuring transparent settlement, real corporate actions, and zero counterparty manipulation.
⚡ Instant ZK-Settlement Eliminates Counterparty Risk
tx:native replaces broker-dealer black boxes with zero-knowledge proofs and native IBC interoperability, guaranteeing instant T+0 settlement and 100% cryptographic proof of reserves.
🚀 The Future of Wall Street Isn’t IOUs—It’s tx:native & SoloTex
The crypto and TradFi markets are waking up: investors want real ownership and regulatory compliance, not SBF-style synthetic tricks. tx:native is building the true institutional engine.
