In the lead up to #AHPsDay on Saturday we are starting our celebrations of our brilliant #AHPCommunity here @NottsHealthcare. All week we will be sharing short videos and posts of #AHP and #AHPSupportWorkers activities over the last year! #AHPsDeliver
What an absolute pleasure today to cover my first postural stability class ‘Wise Moves’ in Nottm West. Classes are run by @_lleisure in partnership with local nhs and feedback from participants now in their 4th week and already reaping the benefits is fab!

A quick thread on in the importance of being careful what data you share - even if you're the Queen. Today, Her Maj tweeted this lovely picture, gor bless er, etc. You might think that the contents of the red box would be official business. And you'd be right. 1/6

Wearing a mask isn’t a political choice: it’s just a kind, decent, fairly easy thing to do. Anyone wearing a mask isn’t protecting themselves as much as protecting those around them. It’s the opposite of personal responsibility: it’s care for others. This is worth a read👇
Have you seen this fantastic new campaign #WhatsUpWithEveryone? It's from a collaboration of Nottingham mental health experts @UniofNottingham, @InstituteMH & @aardman? They hope to encourage young people to be more aware of their mental wellbeing 👉whatsupwitheveryone.com
