Running across this, I was reminded of the time I ran canyon.mid through modern sample libraries.

An artistic interpretation of operation "Animal Crossing", we fought valiantly and succeeded... for about half a second! Featuring @RubberNinja @Ryytikki and @mostbeller! This would not have been possible without all the other great people on the discord too, and of course, chat!

Thanks to @RubberNinja and chat, we were able to put together two pieces on r/place using our secret weapon "placeplace", great work everyone!

2D character animation rig experiment in #blender #greasepencil.

The character rig is an Armature, with the mouth controller being a bone parented to the head bone. The mouth has a "child of" constraint attaching it to the bone, and the shape frame is controlled using a Custom Property on the bone, driving the Frame parameter on TimeOffset.
