隔了很多年，又认真跑了一次 #TOKEN2049。 作为一个入圈快十年的老币民，这次最大的感受不是“又有什么新叙事”，反而是很多熟悉的东西换了一种方式重新出现。 1/ Zcash 到处都是，Cardano 居然也还在认真搭展台。 第一反应是：这些老项目现在到底在卖什么？技术、品牌、流动性、社区，还是单纯“活得够久”本身已经成为一种资产？😂 zcash:native 都这么高了，还有的想象？ 2/ 交易所和一切跟“交易”有关的产品，几乎占据了会场最显眼的位置。 CEX、Perp DEX、钱包、数据、做市、Broker、Trading Infra……乍看都在做交易，细看每家的 niche 又不一样：有人拼地区，有人拼高杠杆，有人拼资产种类，有人拼链上体验。这个行业现在谁有用户、流动性和交易量，谁就还有预算。 3/ 当然，叙事很猛的CX项目也一点没消失。 7号下午被一个项目拉到阳台，5 对 1 输出了 20 分钟。😂这他们还和一家链上追踪平台就在同一层参展。产业上下游这么匹配！ 4/ TOKEN2049 本身也变了。 以前更像亚洲 crypto 圈的大聚会，现在能明显感觉到传统金融、美国资本和大型机构的存在感越来越强，下一站甚至直接往纽约走，这是不管亚洲用户能不能参加了？ 5/ Side Events 还是多到让人选择困难。 一个晚上同时 5、6 场，顾不过来，去了一个 investor dinner，坐了一圈以后最大的疑问是：投资人是不是都去了隔壁桌？ 😂 6/ ethereum:0xda5e1988097297dcdc1f90d4dfe7909e847cbef6 的大咖们都来了， 那币不涨涨？ 大会里绝大多数人可能最终都只是看个热闹，很难因为参加两天会议就真正突破自己的圈层。但我还是很佩服那些持续在认真跑会、认真见人、认真学习的人。 有个认识的 KOL，早上开始跑，到晚上 9 点依然精神抖擞地见下一波人。那一刻确实挺佩服。行业可以浮躁，会议可以喧闹，但总有人是真的在努力往前走。 隔了这么多年重新回来跑会，这大概是我这次 TOKEN2049 最深的感受。

#TOKEN2049's exhibition floor felt less like a map of where innovation is happening — and more like a map of where crypto's cash flow sits today. Exchanges, trading platforms and financial infrastructure dominated the floor. New projects were less visible, while established names such as Zcash and Cardano could still command attention. That says something important: the industry is no longer competing only on new narratives. It is competing for control of users, liquidity, payments, custody and asset distribution. RWA is bringing traditional assets onchain. AI may become the new interface through which users access and manage them. The next winners may not build another "Web3 world." They may quietly rebuild the financial system underneath the one we already use. #ChainPeak

Day 1 at @token2049 Singapore was full of energy. Hyperliquid, WLFI and Zcash were some of the biggest crowd magnets — very different narratives, all getting serious attention.
