In theatre, every role matters. The lead, the ensemble, the crew… and yes, the friends who PM to congratulate or those who click “share.” Some of you missed your cue.
Getting the gig doesn’t always mean you’re the best. Sometimes, you’re just the best known. Don't mistake connections for superiority. Keep showing up, keep working at it.
