I wanted to share a project I've been working on. It's a Murder Mystery "whodunit" that requires you to progress through the game using only your Voice. The conversations are realtime OpenAI agents with different information, and personas. I'd love to get some testers!
Nintendo has sent me a DMCA for Super Mario Sunshine decomp footage. They are requesting the take down of footage and media content that displayed their game without their permission. My understanding at this time is the media content doesn't follow Fair Use because it's promoting engineering efforts beyond their game, this includes things like modding or reverse engineering.

As I understand it, the current DMCA is related to marketing and promotion material for unsupported methods of playing their game by using their IP in footage.
