It recorded a crazy TV rating which peaked at 27.6% in south korea that SBS make 3 seasons of the drama.
Time might pass, a lot of medical dramas are here and there but it's still the greatest medical drama of all time with strong legacy, solid production and great casting.

Opini kayak gini tuh seharusnya disampaikan sebelum artisnya dicast dan sebelum drama The Remarried Empress tayang.
Setelah drama tayang, opini seperti ini seharusnya stop. It's disrespectful to the artist and all the fans who have supported them, especially those who have been looking forward to seeing them in this project.
Menurut kamu artis lain lebih pantas mungkin, tapi sutradaranya ga berpikir demikian. Makanya Ju Jihoon, Shin Minah, Lee Jongsuk sama Lee Seyoung yang dipilih. Emang drama adaptasi webtoon kayak gini ga akan pernah bisa memuaskan semua penonton.
Terlepas dari mungkin ada yang merasa beberapa detailnya masih kurang atau belum sesuai ekspektasi, menurutku pribadi akting mereka juga udah keren banget. Mereka berhasil membawakan karakter masing-masing dengan baik.

Don't get me wrong, but when I look at these characters in the webtoon, I imagine an almost unreal level of beauty, elegance and striking visuals. The current casting doesn't quite capture that image for me.
So here's my recast:
๐ Lee Soo-hyuk as Heinrey: That man looks like he was literally designed to play a dangerously handsome prince. The eyes, the aura, the face. EVERYTHING.
๐ Seo Ye-ji as Navier: Cold, breathtaking, intimidating and effortlessly regal. She looks like an empress who doesn't need to raise her voice to command an entire empire.
๐ Go Youn-jung as Rashta: That doll-like, almost ethereal beauty is exactly how I picture Rashta. Sweet-looking enough to fool an entire palace.
โ๏ธ Kim Seon-Ho as Sovieshu: The aristocratic face, polished visuals and the kind of presence you'd expect from an emperor.
THIS is what these four characters would look like if they walked out of the webtoon and became real people.
