Came back to Twitter just to read this thread start to finish 📚 Proof that virtual community [... and virtual healthcare] can still bring out the best in all of us.
We were meant to have been there for 2 hours. After an hour of nobody in the store we told the store manager that we were going back to our hotel and that we would be in the bar, and if anyone came to get a book signed to send them there to us. Nobody came.

Because we had coffee two hours ago and now it’s time for second breakfast? (Second breakfast being, usually, the high point of our day & last meal until 8pm.)
What is it with people in healthcare drinking diet coke at 7:00am?

I remain at a loss for words. (Let’s be honest, that’s rare for me.) We know if the DC terrorists were not white, more would be dead. We know most police are kind & brave. We know there is always light if you look hard enough 📷: @neilhimself because he is good with words
