Has anyone switched from T-Mobile to Verizon? Cuz I’m thinking of doing that. This phone bill is too high for the nonsense that they’re tryna pull. SMH. I’m really over these phone carriers fr.

I wanted to curse her out so bad. Cuz who cares about YOUR phone? When I’m calling about why i have no service for the second time in a week??? Where is the service credit?

T-Mobile really got bad. Cuz why did my phone go on sos for hours again! No remedy. No recourse. I called to complain and the lady gonna tell me, well all companies had a nationwide outage. I have Verizon so i can tell you because my phone didn’t work …
