This is your quarterly reminder that if you have young kids and are a fan of the open web, they should be using kidzfun.art on whatever tablet you have at home! It’s a fun and educational Progressive Web App I built for my own kids this year.
Kidz Fun Art looks damn good on the iPhone Duo! Just here to say that we were doing controls on the side before it was cool :-)
Head on over to Kidzfun.art
My two kids, 8 & 10, have been loving building with Claude these last few weeks - games.chofter.com . They're building games for their iPads with little to no help at all from me. It's amazing to watch them quickly turn ideas into reality, iterate & improve
The car racer, Vroom, is pretty great too, they spent a lot of time on it. You can design your own tracks and play them with a person on another iPad on the same Wifi. Pretty badass. I did help by generating two models for a racer - a cow & and a chicken :-)
The code is all open source if you're interested github.com/shaneosullivan/ga…
It's been amazing to follow along the development of Falconer by @capitaltruist and team, what an amazing product!
Trillions are pouring into the race to build the first general superintelligence, but leveraging your own specialized know-it-all is now possible as of today.
I built the knowledge systems at @stripe and @uber. Then I helped Anthropic, Metronome, and Graphite build a killer developer experience. Everyone wants Stripe-level quality, but that bar is too low.
Falconer gives you and your customers complete, specialized intelligence: an internal knowledge base and external documentation in one beautiful package. Falconer is the ultimate trust engine to manage your context: self-driving, observable, and agent-friendly.
I co-founded @falconer_ai with @mbenedetto212 and assembled a team of know-it-all builders. We're backed by fellow know-it-alls @thegp, @BoxGroup, @svangel, @karimatiyeh, @benln, @zachlloydtweets, @CeciStalls, @MerrillLutsky, @scottmac, @malthe, and @adamjstevenson, with angels from Anthropic, Stripe, Meta, Cursor, Replit, and more.
Frontier intelligence companies like @FireworksAI_HQ and @⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛; fintech companies like @payabli and @vori; and healthtech companies like @thatch_ai use @falconer_ai because they all share the same vision as us: the knowledge you earn should belong to you.
Now you can know everything, so you can build anything.
Winter is coming in Ireland, and the Met Eireann app just doesn't cut it, so I built rainy.ie on their great open data to keep you dry (or at least just a bit damp). Totally free, install it on any phone right from the website.
Have you tried my awesome little tool diskspace.io to clean up you Mac, Linux or Windows machine? It’s crazy fast, complete free and has pretty colours.
Say hello to apps.chofter.com
I finally got around to building a proper home for the smorgasbord of apps & tools I’ve built over the years. Currently at 20, let’s see where it is in 12 months!
I once again used my ridiculously fast app diskspace.io to find where 50GB disappeared from my Mac & cleaned it up. Building things to scratch your own itches really does result in the best tools don't you think?
It works on Windows and Linux too if they're your thing
I'm in my own special nerd hell. Building a website that must be performant on a TV browser (testing with a Samsung tv browser). Wow these things are brutally slow. Don't even think about trying to load more than one image at a time. Web workers are helping a lot, but damn.
Hey @Apple, the new iPhone Duo looks great but some of us were out there putting the controls on the sides before it was cool :-)

I'm finding Claude Code to be unusable without `/goal`. It continually writes serious bugs, I tell it to run review agents, it finds its bugs & fixes them. Rinse repeat it finds more bugs. `/goal` runs this until there are no serious bugs. Do others get it right 1st time?
Say hello to Disk Space (diskspace.io), my latest release and fastest way to clean up your Mac, Linux or Windows PC. It's blazingly fast, helps you find recently added files, and makes it both quick and safe to delete many files.
I wrote more about how I built all three versions with Claude here

Yesterday I felt like I was back in 2011, figuring out how to make 1000s of images scroll infinitely @ 60fps. This is a React Native desktop app I'm building. I tried using Claude (4.8 & 5) helped a bit, not enough. It couldn't seem to think completely out of the box. So ....
.. then layer the real components on top when the scroll stops to handle clicks, selection states etc. 60fps baby! Damn it feels good to still be ahead of the machines, if only for a moment. Worked for John Henry right?
