Tucson what a beautiful town to add to the schedule. Wonderful golfers and the most magnificent weather.

I am going to start tweeting three times weekly to see if I can get other golf coaches to debate 😂😂😂.
First controversy: I strongly believe that most players who come “over the top” of the ball do so because of a backswing issue.
The conversation always comes up in my golf schools. What is your idea of a straight ball? Can it have a little curvature or must it be an arrow. I notice opinions change based on talent level.

Most golfers blame the downswing.
The problem usually starts in the takeaway.
If your clubface opens early, you’ll spend the rest of the swing trying to recover.
Here’s a simple feel to help keep it in a stronger position. ⛳
A passive clubface is caused by bodies rotation putting a upwards force on the handle into impact. In my opinion that is easier than attempting to square the face late with hands and arms. Claiming a passive movement is not possible is irresponsible
