I am unable to renew my senior railcard because I have an 'invalid token'. What is an invalid token? Does it say anywhere in front of me what a 'token' is? Or how it might or might not be 'invalid'? No. Who writes these websites? Why do they post undefined words like 'token'?

Coaching is basically helping people figure out how to turn a latent desire e.g. "I want get better at public speaking" into a tangible goal "I'm going to speak at the next UX Camp Brighton" and a set of actions for how they are going to get there.
