We’re exploring how AI could transform the assessment-call experience ... a process often marked by long waits, repeated questioning, inaccessible formats and huge pressure on both claimants and assessors.
What if we could use AI to create assessment calls that are clearer, fairer, easier to navigate and far less stressful ... for everyone involved?
It’s a chance to rethink a system under serious strain and rebuild it around empathy, accuracy and speed.

Interesting workshop on Change Mapping run by @chrisvmcd at #LALDN23
All groups in the room came with a different story and mapping, but we all identified the same new practice that can be introduced. And we had good disucssions what that means for us, as a group, in our context
