Around 1500, Hieronymus Bosch painted sheet music on a sinner's bare butt in hell. 500 years later, someone transcribed and performed it. Now you can hear the original butt song from hell.
Rereading The Sea Wolf. London, for being a Yukon man, really biffed that one. Great story, but 'Hey, the antagonist fucking strokes out lol' is kinda lame.

So this is neato. With the rise in home invasions using jammers, this dude built a scanner to detect DEAUTH wifi attacks and has published the parts list, 3d printing models and more. Link in replies

My coworker spent one year in Tennessee.
He came back to Tokyo two months ago.
He is not the same man.
He says "y'all" in meetings. To our boss.
He holds the door for the entire floor. Twelve people. Every morning.
He asked the convenience store clerk how her day was going. She had to sit down.
He calls every man "bud." Including the CEO.
He refuses to describe anything under three hours away as "far."
He waves at drivers who let him cross. One driver waved back and almost hit a pole.
Last week, he told a junior employee, "I'm proud of you."
She went to the restroom and cried for ten minutes.
We thought it would wear off.
It didn't. It's spreading.
Three people in accounting now say "y'all."
The junior employee holds the door.
The convenience store clerk asks HIM how his day is going.
Tennessee, I don't know what you did to him.
Please do it to the rest of us.

Reality hits rhetoric.
Ontario Premier Doug Ford threatened to cut electricity exports to the US, then Ontario had to sign electricity import with the US to make it through winter.
Ontario won't have substantial electricity generation capacity come online for years.
Oops.

When the courts say that you must be "reasonable", they mean reasonable like they are, not like someone who might want a weapon to defend against a home invasion by people who are planning to torture and murder you.

Alberta Referendum: Khalistan Vote Held at the Legislature
Sikhs for Justice held a non-binding protest "referendum" on the Alberta Legislature grounds in Edmonton today to "liberate Punjab" from Indian "occupation," just a day before Albertans vote in a binding independence referendum.
Sikhs for Justice's Ottawa organizer, Santokh Singh Khela, appeared on stage at the legislature grounds wearing a purple turban, this time without the metal axe he usually carries. A self-admitted member of the Canadian Sikh terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa, Khela was once sentenced to life imprisonment for a bomb plot, hatched in Montreal, targeting an Air India flight departing from JFK Airport in New York.
Meanwhile, another Sikhs for Justice organizer who took the stage in Edmonton today, "Dr." Bakhshish Singh Sandhu, was found to have obtained his medical diploma from a fraudulent Dominican medical school that operated for only four years before U.S. authorities shut it down for massive diploma fraud.
"Kill Modi Politics" and "Long Live Khalistan" slogans echoed across the grounds, and a minute of silence was held for the Wainwright tragedy.
