40/ The board told EH that the EGM is to finalise the details to re-clad the building. Sounds great but given there is no money and they didn't do what they were supposed to all this is questionable.

Y'day EH said the board & MA claimed that the fire service applied enforcement action to remove our cladding within 2 weeks.
I just received an email from the fire service which states the complete opposite.

Why are these reports never shared with leaseholders? Why do freeholders/boards/Ma's get away with gatekeeping this information?
Our MA refused to show us our fire report for 1 Yr so we had to do an FOI request.

Yet another building where remediation works are being delayed, and surveys not being shared with leaseholders.
Leaseholders are concerned the developer is trying to downgrade the works needed, leaving them facing problems in the future.
