Attention CLIHTF Landlords: Annual Rent Increase Requests must be submitted by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Rent increases are capped at 3%.
To submit your request, log in to the Owners Portal on Trust Fund Central (TFC), select “Rent Increase” for the property,
review the Exhibit B summary, verify the current rent information, and upload the current building rent roll before submitting.
Please complete all steps by the deadline to ensure your request is considered.
