ALT little sanji is sitting in pitch black with the iron helmet on. the page is full of his thoughts--of being trapped by the helmet then being free of it, of the bugs that may or may not be crawling in his cell, and of the feeling in his hands. the text scattered across the page reads: what am i seeing - and what is my imagination? - are my eyes - open? - closed? - what's real? - or a dream? - how's the time passing? - if a tree falls in a forest - and no one is around to hear it - does it make a sound?

ALT a loud snore wakes sanji up. turns out that was just a bad dream. he's 40, sharing a bed with zoro, and wearing one of zoro's earrings. zoro lets out a snort and shuffles in his sleep. sanji, still shaken, turns to face him.

ALT we see zoro from sanji's pov, snoring open-mouthed. text is again scattered across the page, but it's just zoro's snores now. sanji watches zoro, turns his body towards him, and slowly, his eye shuts and he drifts back to sleep.

ALT zoro and sanji both snore, soundly asleep. sanji keeps a hand on zoro's chest.
