3/ When you attend a session and take notes, try brainstorming ways you can apply what you learn to your team, personal development, school, etc. Being an active listener and staying present will also help you focus better (so try to limit distractions if you can)
2/ It can be dissapointing when a session you wanted to go to filled up, so try pivoting to your second choice or go to a nearby “random” session to learn about an area you perhaps didn’t consider before
