Using the CodeRunner tool is completely optional. You can build, debug and deploy your code directly in the browser. Alternatively, integrating CodeRunner into a git/CI workflow is absolutely possible and I would not call it painful - we do it in multiple projects.

@Chase has finally opened the page to apply for a PPP loan. The process they have is quite odd. You fill out a form with your contact info and then someone calls you. Here's the page they show when you submit the form. How hard was it to provide a link for the form right there?
