#WinePW #YakimaValleyAVA @YakimaAVA we enjoyed the @cotebonneville Cab Franc with a first course of rapini pasta, and the @codinn GSM with a second course of compound salt-crusted ribeye steak with braised fennel and potatoes on the side. All delicious pairings!

#WinePW #YakimaValleyAVA @YakimaAVA I’ve had plenty of GSMs and the @codinn GSM was a complex sophisticated wine that clearly embodies winemaker Coman Dinn’s ethos. The @cotebonneville wine was a brilliant reminder that Cab Franc is a stalwart stand-alone grape! Both delicious!
