Visiting @cohesionbeer was a goal of mine for this particular Denver trip. Fans of Pilsner Urquell and Mliko pours would appreciate this new brewery.
We are happy to support local agriculture and craft malt here in CO!
"Malt is such an important ingredient to our beers - which is why we’re so proud to support the Craft Maltsters Guild and adopt the #CraftMaltCertified seal that certifies our commitment to using craft malt." — @cohesionbeer
We are excited to let you know that this Friday we will be releasing a NEW beer that has been residing in these shiny lager tanks! Our 12° Edelweiss is a project we’ve been conceptualizing since before we opened and with the help of @SugarCreekMalt will finally be releasing!
Triple decocted and lagered for quite a few weeks, we’re elated to finally be able to share this beer with you. Come by on Friday to try it, or enjoy it on Sunday with our kolache brunch we’re hosting starting at 11am to celebrate this release!
